When did going to the phone store become an ALL DAY errand? Seems to take upwards of two hours per customer each and every time I am unlucky enough to need to come to the store.

Needed to make an upgrade and Perry at the Verizon Store made it simple and painless. Found us the very best deal and set the phone up 100%. I recommend this Verizon Store completely!

I want to let everyone know that this Verizon is garbage, all they do is lie I been there 10 Times asking for my final bill , no one tells the truth they all say it’s in the mail. So then I ask if they can print it out they say that they can’t. But most of all I want to let Everyone know that the Manager they have, And his name is Brandon is the most disrespectful and rude person I have ever met, I’m not sure How he has a job or how they are still in business, Not only that but he is the biggest liar of them all. Nobody can tell you the truth, they say what they think you want to hear. I would never recommend them or there products. This is for all the people that check reviews before doing business with a company. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE OR VERIZON. There customer service needs help and so does VERIZON. Garbage customer service. LIARS

Definitely recommend this store. I worked with Jam who I believe was the store manager on shift at the time. Jam was super helpful, had great customer service for me and others in the store, and his other team members were great as well. The store was crowded and busy with post-Christmas returns and other reasons but Jam and team were professional and friendly.

Waited 1 hour only to be told I had to pay my bill cash (no debit card or credit card). Had to wait another hour to pay bill. Screen that they had in-store to pay your own bill wasn’t working either. Wish I never got Verizon, ATT is much better, service and customer service.

I had the most outstanding customer service experience at this Verizon store. Joseph was so helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to talk with. Verizon needs to give him a big raise (and clone him if possible) because this is old school customer service. Everyone at the store was friendly and helpful and Joseph definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store for your Verizon needs.

So I was looking for new headphones, and I was standing in line to get checked in for about five minutes. A lady walked in. Walked over to one of the customers service people and asked him a question. He told her to scan her phone on some barcode as she turns around to check in person Roger I asked her to check her in, but Lauryn, behold, he didn’t ask anyone else who was next. He proceeded to check this lady and head, who had just walked out after rest of us were waiting in line to be checked in when I questioned him he said he didn’t know who was next and I said that’s when you asked who’s next so that the order is done the way people have walked in and then he told me that he’s sorry if I feel that way, but OK I guess this is the way I can let you know and help others not to come to your store. So I proceeded to drive to Lake Pleasant Dr., Lake Pleasant Dr., Verizon store, exceptional customer service, if anyone’s asking

Jam was the best. He helped from the beginning to the end. Getting everything ready to go for us. Was very understanding and treated us so well. It truly was the best experience we have had. Definitely will go back and request him to help us.

Worst service I have ever had. No one acknowledges you when you walk in. Waited outside with the doors locked even though they said they were open. Smug workers. Everyone has attitude. Go to a different location. This one isn’t worth it. A man was coming in for an interview as well and he was stuck waiting outside. I’m sure this looks terrible to him. Do better.

Went to my local Verizon at 7th and Bell. Wanted to add another device to my smart things. Had tried but no success. Oscar was associate who assisted me. After much work, he finally got it; said it was challenging. lol Oscar was excellent to work with: patient, polite, respectful, competent, and don't-give-up guy. Much thanks to Oscar for his excellent service and would recommend him to a friend ;-)
