Good quick sales process and knowledgeable staff during the late afternoon. The only negative to the solid location is the insanity of desert ridge putting that weird food place right next to that attracts very bad driver for some reason. So getting around the parking lot is rough but the store and staff are top notch.

Toby and then Cody were great this morning when they found an unwanted app, deleted it and were able to fix my phone. Kudos to you both!

This place is AWESOME. Extremely helpful. Worth the drive to go to this Verizon. Won't go any other place now, to purchase new equipment and service.

Biggest mistake I ever made was moving away from Tmobile. Verizon absolutely sucks. Dead spots, slower data and my monthly bill has never been correct. This particular store applied all my promotions incorrectly and I've spent months trying to correct it...still no success. STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON

I have had many problems with Verizon both on CHAT and TELEPHONE calls. Today, I wanted to return two (2) Phones that I had been told at other stores wasn't a possibility. Combined spent 4 1/2 hours trying to get someone to solve my return issue. I visited the Desert Ridge Verizon, dealt with Martin and it was such a pleasure to find someone interested in my concerns on returning trade in phones - purchased online and not in this store. He not only completed the process quickly and efficiently but was a cordial individual to deal with. I spoke to the Manager of the Store as well and told him of my satisfaction with his employee and the store atmosphere itself. If I could rate Martin at Desert Ridge Verizon higher - I would.

Very poor customer service from the representative we were appointed to. We felt like we were putting him out when purchasing two iPhones from their store. Did not listen to anything we asked and only gave estimates rather than exacts to go along with very poor body language, emotional intelligence and poor personal appearance and hygiene. He also sent the phone to the wrong address and it cannot be reversed when we were very clear we needed to make an edit. His response "it doesn't matter". Very disappointing in this specific store on many levels. Will never visit again despite being the most convenient to our home.

I convinced my husband to switch from AT&T to Verizon as I had great reception and great customer service. This is the first time with Ingrid the manager? Who was so unprofessional and rude. She refused to give me her supervisor’s contact information as “ she didn’t feel comfortable giving it to me”. Obviously because she is unprofessional regularly. This will not be our store anymore.

Went in due to a random error on my phone. They tried to swap the SIM (iPhone 12 Pro Max, with "hard" SIM), they guy deleted the eSIM, added the new one. Told me it didn't work, and I had to go to Apple. At Apple, the new phone wouldn't activate (in the end, I needed a new phone). They called Verizon, Verizon said the gentleman at this store didn't do the SIM right, and didn't cancel the old one. So they cannot even activate the new 15 Pro Max even though it has an eSIM. Do not recommend this store.

I am sad to report that I have been into the store on two separate occasions in the past six months. On both occasions there were one or two people just standing around talking to each other obviously not working on a computer or with no other customers. I stood there for a little while and finally somebody said, "can we help you," after they finished with their conversation. I am absolutely technologically challenged.I was given the briefest answer possible and sent on my way. When I arrived at the location that I needed to provide the information from Verizon I was told I did not have all the correct information. Since I don't have an online Verizon account, they said I would have to drive back to Verizon which I did. Once again, I said what I needed and the individual then gave me a couple of numbers and sent me on my way. This I think will work. However, I'm just very disappointed in the customer service with that store. It seems like most service industries are getting that way, so I guess it's just the way of the world.
