My wife bought a new phone at this store. Absolutely horrible experience. They lied about needing to make a plan change in order to get a new phone. They kept wanting to upsell for unwanted services. Had to work with Verizon customer service line to correct their bill shenanigans. Avoid this place. Go anywhere else.

I had an incredibly disturbing experience at this Verizon store with the 'store manager' George. My fiance and I came in to the store to bring him over to Verizon and to upgrade our iPhones. George immediately started attempting to add on upgrades and charges and when I asked him to please explain our options between the iPhone 15 promotional deal and to help me understand what my current monthly bill comprises of, he became extremely upset. When I shared that we would not be going with autopay through my debit card because I would prefer to use my corporate AmEx, be got even more upset. Then I shared that we would not like to add on the WiFi feature until I can better understand my existing WiFi plan with my previous provider, he became visibly upset and began sharing that my fiance and I were disrespecting him in his own store, stating it isn't his fault that I don't know the 'terms and conditions' of my own plan and 'I don't know why you are getting mad at me'. We both shared that we aren't mad at him, we are simply trying to understand the details of my existing plan and what it would mean to bring him over onto my plan while also trading in our old phones and acquiring new phones. This all, honestly, seemed like a relatively typical conversation a store representative would likely have with a customer, so I was quite confused when he became increasingly upset with us for asking to clarify the details. We were working to diffuse the situation while he continued escalating, accusing us of disrespecting him for asking questions about my plan and blaming him for me not knowing my own terms and conditions. I will be the first to say: I totally take accountability for not fully understanding my own terms and conditions - absolutely on me... but gosh, I thought that is something that a Verizon store manager could assist me with, and it was quite disappointing to experience this. What should have been a really fun experience of getting the newest iPhone and joining our lines together as a future husband and wife turned into a really obtrusive experience. I absolutely have concerns over the leadership in this store if this is the reaction of a store manager to a customer asking for clarifiers on their plan. Quite disappointing, but my fiance is super excited to add me to his T-Mobile plan, so it is a happy ending afterall. Best of luck to anyone who chooses to approach a phone experience with this store.

The staff is super friendly, and even during the iPhone launch rush, and with an endless line of customers, they were super helpful and made sure we got the best service.

I highly recommend this location, and had a great experience with Taylor. It's corporate and they know what they are doing compared to the other Verizon I went to the day before. I had first went to the Verizon promanade corporate store to get my phone and iPad transferred to a business account. I waited 20min to have a rep see me then 3.5 hours of a rep that had no idea what she was doing. Don't waste your time at another Verizon because the Tatum corporate store only has the qualified employees that know what they are doing.

good store, but I top up my account through the top-up terminal! and something always goes wrong! Is it really impossible to configure this terminal! this situation has been happening for 5 months!!!!!!!!!!!

I have to say do not go to this store if you need help with your phone. I had a question that I wanted to ask about my phone and they told me there would be a $30 charge to answer any questions. I have talked to friends who have recently gone to a Chandler Verizon and a Scottsdale Verizon and said that the people in the store were very helpful and DID NOT CHARGE THEM $30 to help them. Do not go to this store if you need help. When I purchase my next phone it won't be at the Shea and Tatum store. They have terrible customer service.

Ordered and received wireless modem from Verizon as the service is in my area. Got me excited as the cell site is about a mile away. Got it hooked up. So I ran a test and got a astounding 12 to 15 MBS upload speed. So disappointed, moved it all around the house called tech support and they said that's not acceptable, return the modem.

I ask George for a phone that is strictly talk/text. 'Nothing else-no internet' I say. Something you might give a 12 year old granddaughter in the hope she might not see porn hub or whatever. George goes in the back room and comes out with a phone. I ask 'no internet, right?' George says 'right!' '80 bucks' he says but of course there are more fees and set-ups for the line. I go home and check the Verizon invoice sent me and notice he has added, without my knowledge, some sort of 'insurance' plan for 15 bucks a month...for which he, I learn, gets a commission! He adds this without even mentioning it to me!I charge the phone over night, turn it on and guess what? It is an internet smart phone! NOT talk/text only. So I take it to the closest Verizon and learn that they don't sell talk/text anymore. And they don't care that George lied and they want a 50 buck 'restock' fee! 50 bucks to re-stock an 80 buck phone. So I say 'I'll keep this phone rather than pay you 50 more bucks to 're-stock' it. Later I learn the same phone is available at Wal-Mart for 39 bucks. Verizon. What a bunch of crooks. And George? Well....

I've been attempting to end Verizon service for several weeks now since late March.Despite repeated attempts both in person in the Tatum location and by 1-800 number, VZ is still billing me for service that was cancelled weeks ago.My VZ phone line has been disconnected but the billing goes on.I just hung up on Verizon corporate. They just billed me for a full month going to June 10th and refused to refund me.I will be going to my credit union later today to make it so Verizon can't wrongfully charge me for a service I am no longer receiving.Verizon, you used to be so sharp in years past.Now you're just a sad shadow of the service you used to be.BTW, I'm with Consumer Cellular now and very happy with the service, it is less than half of what I was paying VZ.

This store has the best Customer Service Reps.They are Up to Date on all upgrades that Apple has made to their iPhones. It is easy to work with intelligent and knowledgeable professionals!I waited my turn and within 20 minutes i was Working with my Verizon Representative.She answered all my questions and made sure all my charges were printed out.Sheyla made my day. Great Upgrade. She also explained to me about using 4 K for sharper pictures. My pictures on the 12 Pro Max Usually come up out not focused.Highly recommended by Jeffrey
