I had the worst experience at a cell phone technology store. When I arrived, the service provider was already yelling at the customer before me. Even though I bought a new phone, I was surprised with hidden fees. By the time I left the store, they were still yelling. Maybe they were having a bad day, but I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere for your electronic devices. Not worth the cost.

Horrible horrible experience. Went to open a business account with Jonathon, after 3 attempts and no results I gave up. One month later, a 150$ bill for an internet modem which I never used the services. Whatever I took the hit and paid it. Next month, another bill. Why? Because he opened up 3 accounts under the same business name. Don’t go to third party, they are a scam and incompetent in getting things done right. Horrible experience is all I got to say.

I added a new line to my account and picked my device up from this location. I was greeted by the employees when I arrived. Brandon assisted me with getting my new device ready to go. When I returned to the store at a later time to troubleshoot an error that a Verizon chat support agent made on my account through the app, Brandon was working at the time and eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure I left with a resolution. I appreciate your hard work and dedication.

This place is a SCAM. It is not an actual Verizon, but a third party, Victra. I traded in four phones and bought new ones. They were supposed to give me the new iPhone 15 trade-in credit and gave me a fraction of the amount. Now when I go in they always say the manager is not there and he will call me later. He NEVER does.I finally caught the manager in the store over a week ago and he said he would fix it and call me. He said that the paperwork probably got pushed to the side since he is busy. Still no fix.It's a very shady place and you should not buy anything here. They also said that I have to buy 3 accessories with the phone to get the trade-in, but when I said I didn't need the accessories and won't buy them, they backed off. Don't trust them. I'm trying to fix it directly with Verizon now.

Parker was AWESOME! Frantic old lady here, trying to figure out what to do when my phone went missing and I had an important job interview the NEXT DAY… Parker was respectful and patient, and figured out a temporary solution that made sense financially.I will definitely purchase my next iPhone from him, because his customer service is outstanding and he has earned my business.Verizon Corporate, are you listening? This is how you dominate the market: service and trust, NOT high-pressure sales.

I was very impressed with Parker at the Victra Verizon store in Ahwatukee. He is very proficient and makes everything go so much faster. I continue to go back there every two years when it’s time to replace my iPhone.

Brandon really helped me a lot. My old phone malfunctioned because I had kept it an extra long time, plus I hadn't backed up my photos. He guided me through the whole process to make sure my photos and contacts were recovered, got me into a great new phone, and was super nice and thoughtful the whole way through. Thanks, Brandon!

****DO NOT COME HERE!!!!*****This store is not a Verizon store and is ran by Victra. The entire process here was super shady here when I wen't to upgrade my phone and was sold equipment that I did not need to purchase. They told me that my phone came with a screen protector, phone case, and charger and I just had to pay an upgrade fee which was a lie. This wasn't needed and was an add on, on top of that they put the wrong screen protector on my Iphone 14 Pro Max because guess what they didn't have it in stock and put the last year model on. I then wen't back to the store for a refund and they wont refund anything and am now on a waiting list for a screen protector... DO NOT COME HERE, SUPER SHADY..DO NOT WORK WITH BRANDON P as he is doing what his managers are telling him which is to package products as free when they charge you on your bill.

Brandon was very helpful and very thorough in explaining everything I was looking for and also explaining anything I didn't understand throughout the entire process of getting a new phone set up. He made sure I had all the tools I needed and took his own time to make sure that everything was completed and correctly setup. He was very welcoming, entertaining, and easy to make conversation with.

The Verizon store on Ray Road in Ahwatukee provides Superior customer service!! Parker was our technical representative, who helped me set up my new Apple iPhone 14. He was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Parker deserves 10 stars!!

I have never been treated as such!!! I was flabbergasted!! I worked in sales and customer service for plenty of years and because of that, I know systems in place to detect fraud. The sales rep today treated me as such the entire process. I remained calm and answered politely because I am a business woman first, but it is now 3:44pm and I am still livid with how I was treated today. I left the store around 11am. Being black is seriously a crime around here!
