Mabel was a great help to my mom and me. We came in not 100% set on getting a new plan with Verizon but due to the help we received from Mabel, we came back in a few hours later and she spent almost 3 hours with us helping us with picking phones and accessories out. It’s been an over a week with our new devices and our new plan and I couldn’t be more grateful for Mabel. LOVED THAT GIRL SO MUCH!!!! The entire staff was so kind and helpful even while dealing with difficult and disruptive customers. Love you Verizon!

Horrible customer service! Employee Jenny did not seem to want to help and would interrupt me while talking trying to learn about a different phone plan. When I asked to speak to the manager, the assistant manager came over to speak with me. However, when I asked for the manager above her , she stated he stepped out for lunch.

Went in on a Tuesday Afternoon waited for about 15 to 20 minutes, no representative came to me asked me if I needed any help, my first negative experience in this location.

I've had good experiences here. I recently traded in my wife's phone since hers was having problems. The fellow that helped me was very polite and helpful, and made sure I got the best deal available.

Macy was the name of the representative that assisted me and she was excellent, extremely knowledgeable and informative, Very positive and vibrant. She provided fast and efficient service and was the light in the building Only smile I seen in out of everyone I greeted in the store!
