I switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon they offered me decent deals from switching and getting phone probably cause the service sucks with them they got to offer a lot of deals I wasn’t told that my phones where on contract I was told there mines from switching my old ones in and getting full credit and I got a WiFi box with them and I was told in store with the lady and her whole team of workers and even the manager told me that each WiFi box comes with a Nintendo switch I and still waiting on my switch to this day from being with them for 3 months I have to go through them and there shipping partners to get what I paid for so basically not going to get it I guess and the service is poor I’m on the highest plan and there’s nothing that they can do in store or over the phone I’m paying for 5G internet and mobile service and all I have is 1 bar with LTE showing I have to reset my phone every now and then just to use it and not get blank screens there app sucks it takes for ever to load and all these surcharges that we don’t know why we are paying for from the fbi and government when I could call 911 from T-Mobile for free be careful starting with Verizon they try to catch you by throwing you all these deals but there not worth it cause at the end your service don’t work and your not getting what you paid for and the so called workers can’t do nothing About it HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT COMING HERE

Martie was professional, efficient, and a wonderful conversationalist. It was one of the best hair cutting experiences I’ve had as an adult and I will definitely be returning. I could not be happier with the service I received and can not speak highly enough of the talent they have at this location.

This store is amazing!!!! My service was not activated and ported when I did it online but I came to the store and they were able to. This was not a simple port. Something was wrong on the backend but the staff went above and beyond to complete it. 3 hours working to get my phone on. I rarely leave reviews but I would’ve tipped them if I could. Even though I didn’t purchase or technically start a new account, these women definitely deserve some commission for what I paid for online.

Went in over the weekend to upgrade my phone. Vanessa was amazing! My phone screen was broken and glitchy but she was able to get into my phone and complete the upgrade process like magic Vanessa showed great customer service, she's was patient and got the job done

Everyone was so rude and snobby when I was CLEARLY struggling on the phones. After explaining I had gone to another Verizon store prior to this one. With the SAME experience. They need to stop hiring these LITTLE GIRLS AND YOUNG PEOPLE that are too LAZY and have NO MANNERS

It's very unfortunate to see how people working on this branch know nothing about their business and what they are doing. I'd purchased an iPhone pro 15 last week from Verizon in Costco and just wanted to exchange that to a different color. I drove for 30 minutes to this branch since they were the only branch to have that particular color and spec and in my surprise they said I need to pay $ 50 for re-stocking fee. Costco clearly mentions that there is no re-stocking fee on the phones purchased from them and its return policy overrides Verizon policy. They simply refused and said I'm wrong. They just didn't bother to check to see how it works. Going back to Costco they re-affirmed that returning phone to "any" Verizon branches should be absolutely free with no re-stocking fee. I simply went to another branch and exchanged my phone. Agents on this branch were just lazy to check about that. They wasted my time and energy on this. So disappointing

The rep agent was only supposed to cancel the home internet service I had on my account and this dude literally canceled my cloud too. I did not request that at all just to return the hone internet device. Since I didn't notice this until now at 7:40pm on 08/31/2023 after I checked my email and seen the cancelation email for my cloud. I'm freaking passed I did not request this. Now if I was to added it back there is going to be a extra charge and I better have not lost any of my pictures or doc since I ran out of space and the reason for getting the unlimited cloud service.
