Just had a service call from a technician named Jake who was FANTASTIC! Easy to communicate with, prompt and his expertise is second to none!
Had my Maytag back up and running in less than 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and technicians!

BUYER BEWARE. We purchased a refrigerator from here and was told a "third party"was involved. Our "30" day warranty was NOT honored when we had an issue right away with it. I have called multiple times and I get the run-around and the blame game. No one wants to HONOR their word. If you get an appliance from here, good LUCK with getting help. You are taking a real chance. You are better off going to a reputable dealer and IF you buy used, getting a stronger warranty. A warranty is only as good as the person willing to uphold it. SHADY BUSINESS.

It's a terrible place. In February I bought a washing machine and it came out wrong and they sent me another horrible one, nothing like the one I had bought. I went and told Tiffany and she didn't want to give me another choice, according to her, they didn't have any, she said what should I do? I would call when I had another one and they didn't talk to me anymore I don't recommend it ??
