The staff is very friendly every time we go. The facility is always clean. Extending the hours a bit later would be helpful, but we make it work.

Rarely post a negative review but I need to be honest: I have never been more frustrated by a storage unit than with this location. The only hours customers are able to access their unit is between 9:30am and 6:00pm- there is no ‘access gate’ or code to can enter to access the units outside of these hours. If you have a job or any sort of schedule where you are not able to fit within their rigid guidelines, you are completely out of luck. Was told that even if I showed up a few minutes before closing time that “the police would be called if I was within the premises at any minute after 6:00pm.” Completely unreasonable for anyone who is gainfully employed and wants to access their storage unit: I would recommend renting a storage unit literally anywhere else.

I have been at this location for several years and it’s always kept clean and secure. Other renters are respectful. Rental rates are reasonable and employees are helpful Tina Brown is the best!

Their customer service was great. They recently purchased Valley Storage and we had to update paperwork. It went very easily and smoothly!

After a friend did a lot of research to find the best storage place for the price, he found this place. I just copied what he did and used them as well. My mover was surprised at the price and said it was a good price.

Tina the manager is Wonderful!Thank you Tina for your help and most of all your friendly smile. :)I’ve been a customer for over 8 years, and my mom for 5, and I/we always felt comfortable there, but now with the new owners (Extra Space Storage) it’s seems “cold!”For example: they don’t have trash cans anymore, and they got rid of the dumpster! :( There used to be a board with other business owners cards on it, and other info. so to help each other out like a community should do, but they took that down! However, with all that said, the place is still very clean inside and out.
