Our son has been here for 4 years. The staff deeply care about the kids and everyone knows our son's name, even teachers he's never had. Communication is always open and available and the daily rates can't be beaten for what you get. The place looks and smells clean at all times and our son is rarely sick these days despite going 4 days/week. We're looking forward to our second son attending very soon!

Valley Child Care (PV location) is a FANTASTIC daycare center that truly rises above the rest in my experience… They treat my daughter like family, and we absolutely love all of the staff… We pass by another daycare to come here, we continue to love and support all they do for our daughter!

We have been part of the VCCLC family since 2015.They took great care of our 1st son at 3 months old all the way through pre-k graduation. Of course, as a new mom, I had my concerns of how they wouldn't be taking care of him like I would and had so many requests to make sure he was getting all the proper care. The infant rooms 1 and 2 teachers are veterans, they have handled countless babies and they take great care of them with an abundance of love, feeding, changing, napping etc. So, my concerns quickly became a thing of the past.Yes...as with ALL daycares, babies and kids get sick all the time. You both will have plenty of exposure to everything under the sun, however, the staff is always on alert to make sure they can do the best they can to prevent or control the situation as well as offer accurate advice. It does pay off though, the older they get, the less they get sick. I can testify for my now 8-year-old that has yet missed any school that wasn’t Covid related. Each room as they progress is always exciting for the parents, it can be hard for kids to transition because they don't like the change in routine or miss their favorite teacher. But they quickly adapt, and they always get to visit past rooms and teachers often.I started before they used the new technology with the apps and mobile notifications, the teachers were pretty good at communicating verbally and on paper with how your child did that day. Now, with the app, you can get a schedule, pictures and messages which is super convenient.A couple things we struggled with were food and napping. Food, because they provide homemade lunches and when your kid is ready to start school, you might have a difficult time convincing them to eat leftovers or Lunchables. Napping, my oldest stopped naps early so it was harder for him to stay quiet and wait for nap time to be over. Sometimes they would let him read a book or play quietly. Things might be different now on how they handle the non-napping kids, I haven’t had to deal with yet.Currently, our 3-year-old son has done just as well as his brother did. Most mornings he runs off to his class or playground without even a goodbye. The curriculum, activities, and development will prepare them for each classroom transition and into school. He is proud of his artwork, tells me what he learned and recaps his day with excitement. He looks forward to returning to daycare daily. The staff are incredibly caring and loving and they remember every child by name. They take the time to listen, give advice, or help with any questions that come up. I’m going to avoid naming individuals as I don’t want anyone to feel left out.For an industry of caregiving, whether it's children or adults, it's hard and extremely underappreciated. Nowhere is going to be perfect, policies change, people come and go, but in my opinion VCCLC really does a fantastic job.I am a proud mom of both my sons, and I must give credit to VCCLC for starting them off on their life paths.Thank you always!

My nephew loves coming here! I hear nothing but great things about the staff from my sister and the little guy. They really do foster a nurturing environment for him to grow and thrive, and I would highly recommend bringing your young one(s) here!

We love this place! My son has been going here since he was 6 weeks old and he loves the teachers. He gets so excited to go to “school” as he calls it that he’s so eager to get out of the car when he sees us turn into the parking lot. He has shown so much growth from this place that it just amazes me… as a parent, I love that they communicate with me in person AND through the app. Their app is great because their responses are very quick when I send a message through there and I’m able to receive pictures and videos that I can save. I’m happy to call this place our second home and to call the staff family… HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We’ve been involved with VCCLC since 2017. We started at their North Phoenix location, moved up to the Anthem one (now closed) and now back to the North Phoenix one. I will forever be recommending this company (especially this location). The teachers are amazing and they are truly TEACHING your children. My kids have learned SO much from them, and I am amazed watching their progress. It is more than just a daycare, and they do not just “babysit” your child. They will learn Spanish, and sign language, and manners, and do so many arts and crafts that your mommy heart will BURST. This location also has had very minimal turn over. The same teachers that taught my oldest back in 2017 are STILL there teaching my youngest today. I know not every facility is perfect, but this company -and this location specifically- has been perfect for our family.
