Señora Ofelia went above and beyond helping me file previous year returns. I had a deadline to present tax returns last yearb when buying a home. She took it personal to the point where she personally emailed and call my loan officer to make sure I had what I needed. Outstanding person and service.

By far the best experience I’ve had when doing my taxes. I was tired of doing my taxes in those tax slayer and other sites that left me feeling confused and doubtful of whether I did it correctly or not. I was also tired of feeling like a number in the tax preparation machine, no personalized customer interaction... Nothing. That is until Ofelia prepared our taxes. Best feeling ever. I left her office feeling confident and happy that everything was done correctly and my savings were maximized because of her personalized treatment and her professionalism. I will not go to any other place to do my taxes as long as I live close by Valley income tax.
