I had bought a dress online which ended up being a tad too small. Valentina reassured me she could fix the dress. And let me tell you, she made the back of the dress BETTER than the original. It was stunning and I felt like a queen on my wedding day! Thank you Valentina!!!

Valentina is a magician! My dress had a complicated raw lace edge at the bottom and she was able to hem it without compromising any of the design. She even had to do it more than once because the first time I felt it was still a little too long. She is very reasonably priced for the level of work she does. She takes pride in her work and doesn't want you to leave until you're 100% happy.

Walked in to get something tailored. Didn’t even need it for a month. She acted like she had no time and no openings in her “schedule”. It was 4 weeks worth of time to get something hemmed. Really poor business model

I got married in December of 2021 and am still in awe of what she did with my dress. I brought in an off-the-rack dress where the lining and outer were 2 separate parts. I thought it was pretty and romantic. She combined them to turn them into the most gorgeous wedding gown ever. So comfortable! She built a bra area as well from scratch. She also tailored my mother's dress and I have never seen her look so gorgeous. I can't imagine going elsewhere. This is a year and a half later and my dress was amazing because of the tailoring. Thank you so much.

I found Valentina's glowing reviews when I was looking for a place to take my wedding dress and rehearsal dinner dress for alterations. Valentina's shop is very close to my house (a perk) as well as Pie Snob and their 24-hour pie ATM (bigger perk!). She is so warm and pleasant. She is confident in her work but clearly explains options and is willing to make adjustments as you request. She did beautiful work for what I believe was a reasonable price. She made the top fit perfectly (pulled up the straps up, cinched in the waist, repositioned a tie), hemmed the length and train, and created a bustle for $550. She made the bustle truly so simple that I think it will be a breeze to fit on the wedding day. I also had a rehearsal dinner dress that was ~4-5 sizes too large that she made fit with all over adjustments for $150. My dress fits wonderfully and I can't wait to wear it. Thank you, Valentina!

Brought my dress in to fit tighter, the dress was so loose and long. I gave her a months heads up and when I came back it fit perfectly. She added a button on the back so the train would be propped up. I paid $135. She altered pretty much the whole dress. Very happy with how it came out!

Valentina had great reviews so I decided to go with her and I am so grateful! She altered my dress to fit me perfectly and she custom made my veil which I know took her many hours! I'm not one to leave reviews too often, but I can't recommend this place enough! We bought both our dresses from a boutique that came with a list of recommended places for alterations. After looking at reviews of the other places I was not feeling confident and they were so expensive! I'm so happy we came across Valentina's. She was able to get us in and out quickly. We had the trains taken off both of our dresses and had multiple fittings to get the rest taken in. She was even able to fit me in for a last minute alteration days before the big day! She was on time for every appointment and the dresses were ready on time too. My dress fit like a glove and the pricing was a fraction of what other places are charging.
