If you use this post office for your passport processing and get the purple haired lady “Ty”. You will get a woke power trip like you’ve never seen. She was incredibly RUDE and dismissive. She doesn’t care about you, or your passport, or time. Read between the lines on that. Maybe if you’re one of the 13%. This was the slowest post office I’ve ever seen too. People in line to mail something for 2 hours.

Time for a CLEANUP!!! Asian lady on Sunday mornings is rude, miseducated on postal rules... and suspect... AT BEST! Packages going missing after handing them to her, and PHOTOGRAPHING them, in her possession!!
People pulling up to the FULL, OVERFLOWING drop boxes and stealing mail!!! I reported this, they did NOTHING!!!! A postal worker walked right by, and did NOTHING!!
They don't empty those boxes until 5PM!!!!.... so they fill up ALL DAY WITH NO CAMERAS OR ENFORCEMENT!!! No pickup times in the mornings or afternoons!!!
Is Tina Sweeney the postmaster??? Why aren't the messages cleared either, so people can call in??
IT'S TIME FOR A BIG CLEANUP!!! And.... really, REALLY QUICK!!

Shout out to everyone who helped me jam all of that furniture into my compact suv.
I have a PO Box here and I love it. I ordered a few things for my new apartment and I was also unaware of the size of my shipment so we were all surprised once the boxes were delivered.
They were still very accommodating and worked with me. I felt so bad about how big and heavy the boxes were, I won’t order furniture to my PO Box again. They provided the carts that helped get the packages from the back and to my car.

Sent me away saying they do not do refunds at this location when the website sends me to them for an in person return since the online system was not reading my claim. You’d think after they damage a package in transit they’d me more willing to help

I dropped off a package after hours with the wrong label I printed out accidentally that had already been used and addressed to the wrong place and they tell me it's not there when they are the sitting facility also. The don't clear their messages so you can't get through on the phone and they are so adament about passing the buck and not knowing anything . Really sad and if I don't get this package back I'm going to flip out on someone because some of the most unprofessional and lazy people work there. It's been a week and nothing has happened and no call back! They don't care obviously.

Old lady that works the retail counter needs to retire!!! What a waste of government money!! The slowest, rudest customer service person in the game!! Jack for president, the best of the best in there! This 1 star review doesn’t represent anything other than that terrible old lady!

We had an amazing experience at this post office. The staff (Joel) was very very nice and helpful. He helped us check for different mailing options and carefully double checked the address for us.

Best location thus far, employees are pleasant and communicative. Nacho took care of my packages efficiently, securing the labels better than myself!
