I was surprised today it only took about 5 minutes for them to find my mail. In the past it's taken about 20 minutes for them to say they couldn't find it. But today was different. I was pleased with the service I received.

Parker helped me today and he was great, I was dreading stopping by but I had to pick up a redirected package that needed a signature (ugh) Parker made the experience great for me by going above and beyond.

I'm in town visiting my mother and the mail carrier refuses to put her mail in her mailbox because my vehicle is temporarily parked in front of the mailbox.. and he would have to get out of his little car to place the mail in it which he refuses to do. My mother was also out front and instead of being a nice man and handing her the mail he just proceeded to yell at her "you can't park there" "you won't be getting any mail". According to the post office website if a vehicle is TEMPORARILY parked in front of the mailbox he still has to deliver the mail. So apparently he makes his own rules. If you're too lazy to take 5 steps to a mailbox, don't be a mailman.

The drivers never leave anything in my package slots, we have 25 of them. They left a note saying it could be picked up at the office, I go and the woman says it's the sixth we don't have the package the driver is still out with an attitude like I'm supposed to know when the driver didn't say come tomorrow or at this time. The gentleman in front of me was picking something up and his clerk went and found out where the driver and was told the driver would be back in ten and to wait she'll get it when it comes in. I ask if the driver is almost back and she says no they get back at five, it was 4:10 so some drivers must get back earlier, the other clerk goes oh that's another driver, how the hell would you know if it's a different driver. I don't want to bring race into it but I was the only one different then the other three and treated like shit. Ridiculous and awful service.

A Long line but a very helpful staff. I was grateful that they were able to manage my problem when the issue was on my end. Reasonably clean, just an old building.

This post office is horrible!!!! Specifically our letter carrier (or carriers)!!! I get a certified letter every month, it's a check that I depend on, our carrier is supposed to get a signature which means they have to walk their lazy asses to our door and get a signature. Well for the last three months they just put a notice in the mailbox saying nobody home to get a signature which means I have to go to the post office to sign for it myself. Now if I wasn't home I'd understand, but I work from home so they are just flat out lying!!!! The worst part is that I can only go Saturday morning to pick it up because their hours are the same hours I work!!!!! Great customer service jerk offs! And you wonder why you're going out of business!!! Good riddance to the Us Postal Service! You certainly won't be missed!

My father worked for the post office at the buckeye annex for 25 years! He'd be ashamed of this branch! Carriers provide horrible service to houses! If & when we move (We hope the service will improve)! This is why the Post Office needs to go Private! There seems to be a major lack of work ethic (pay me but, I shouldn't have to work for it mentality). Terrible!

coming here is like going to the DMV (that never answers the phone). you walk in, ask for literally anything and they treat you like you asked a stupid question the whole time. everyone's rude, they almost seem to actively take forever so you leave before you can have done what you need. and the package situation is usually garbage but these people lose my packages a few times a year and somehow it's always my fault they lose it. even amazon can figure out what to do when the mailboxes are full at my complex. garbage place with garbage people.

Sorry POS-USPS Top 7 Lies USPS makes continuously: 1). The mailbox was full when it wasn't full period. (#Knuckle Dragging#) 2). The mailbox was blocked by car or a fallen tree. (There are no trees planted near the units). 3) The package/box would not fit in the locked box. (IF that is so, arrive in the 21st century and put the BOX at the front door like amazon, Walmart, UPS, FEDEX). 4) Mail delay because of inclement weather. (Phoenix does not have disaster tornadoes or floods) 5). Sticks a green label in your box stating the party has MOVED. 6). Stick an Orange label stating, "We Missed YOU". (Then one must take out several hours out of a day chasing one package, going to the website Filing Claims and making multiple request to REDELIVER my package or box). When no action is taken and the party isn't notified of Re-delivery, now a phone call to 800-275-8777 to make multiple complaints. 7). If the box, book, or package cannot fit put it at the front door. NO ONE has stolen one box, package, or item AMAZON, WALMART, FEDEX, UPS, or DHL has delivered. This is the insidious EXCUSE USPS makes when they have to get out of the truck to put a BOX/package at the addressee's door. Resolve: Make a bid to sell your business to Amazon or Walmart. These retailers deliver on time with NO ISSUES about items at the Front Door. NO issues with packages or boxes or even LABELS.

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this post office is absolute trash. Got here 5 mins before open.. waiting with 10 other people... guy let's us in. Walks away and is gone 5 mins.. we're standing there wondering wtf is going on? There's one guy and he's taking 15 MINS TO HELP ONE PERSON.... I had 7 people in front of me? By the time I received help from anybody it was 855. I walked out the door at nine. 30 mins to pick up a LETTER ? Unacceptable I don't know what you guys are doing here but y'all need to be better. This service is unacceptable......

I am only giving 2 stars because of the very nice lady that helped me on the phone. Besides that I had to call 3 times before anyone picked up and I could hear the other employees being obnoxious in the background.

Wish I could give 00000 stars. I year of hell. Cancer and radiation were easier than dealing with this company. 2 hours late for pick up to and from every appointment. Sitting in the heat on hard benches. LIES LIES and more lies IF you could even talk to ANYONE. Put on hold and ooops cut off again and again. No one wants to give you a supervisor. Probably would get the same crap anyway. TRY anything else if possible. Hour and hours of phone calls. Blood pressure can't handle it. Now let me tell you about trying to get reimbursed if you have approved driver. WOW weeks upon weeks of lies. Checks never come then they say it has been over 30 days. Ooops too bad for you. Worst company EVER !!!!!!!!

always understaffed, long lines and nearly zero consideration for long lines. took 8 minutes to call for assistance to open another counter. worst post office in Phoenix.

This is by far the best post office that I have ever been to. The people who work in this post office are so helpful and friendly! It's such a pleasant change from what I've seen in some of the other post office experiences that I've had. The ladies and gentlemen who work here actually make it a pleasure to go to this post office! Keep up the good work :-) it's being noticed

Most post offices suck, but this one by far is literally the worst. Never deliver or redeliver my packages correctly. Hours suck to where i can never make it on time before they close after i leave my own job. Terrible.
