“I bought a used car here and ran into an ignition coil issue not long after. It could have cost me a lot to replace coils (and spark plugs before I knew the coils were bad), but Steve stepped up and handled the repair at no cost to me. Technically the car was sold “as is” and I was just past Arizona’s 500-mile warranty limit, so he wasn’t legally required to do anything. I had to do my own code scan to even find the problem since the check engine light wasn’t on (which made me wonder if the issue existed before the sale). That part left me skeptical. But the fact is Steve still covered the repair, which saved me hundreds. Bottom line: do your homework and check the car thoroughly. My experience was mixed; I wasn’t thrilled with how things started, but in the end Steve made it right, and I left better off than I expected. Thank you Steve :)”

He has a service person who is certified in Mercedes Benz vehicles, so my "Old" car will be fixed for much less. Then it will be ready to sell. The staff , the prices & the cars are UNBEATABLE! The car I originally wanted sold but the staff at Another time used cars kept my name and number and called me as soon as they got something that was comparable to it. I truly thought they would just brush me to the side because of how I was treated at past dealerships but here , they're family owned and their service definitely shows it! They are attentive and caring , and they actually want you to be happy! The financing process was also super quick and I can tell Sergio worked hard to get me the best rate. “Would love to give 5 stars but the car I bought last Tuesday, blew up on me Saturday. As far as the selling process goes it went great and Darrell is the man! He even drove out to my house to get a tow truck scheduled. I know they can’t control what happens after I drive off the lot but be weary of the selection. It’s currently back at their shop and I did purchase the warranty (thank god) so I will keep updating as they give me news. UPDATE 10/27 Not only did these guys provide me a loaner vehicle, they’ve been very communicative as far as the repair process for my vehicle. You come here, you’ll be in good hands to the best of their ability?”
