Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient. Can make appt if need be, has small inside office. If you open up new account and live in New building it will reject it over and over until mgmt fills your address into main software! Staff hung in there till we got it straightened out. ?

Used "you need an appointment" and then walked off to do nothing for 30 minutes. Was just trying to open an account, easy choice to go elsewhere.

Although small and inside a Safeway supermarket they are able to give you the same great service as a stand alone brick and mortar branch. They get the job done. Very personalized service. Courteous and knowledgeable. Friendly and emphasis on customer service. Ricardo and David are very helpful.

US BANK IS HOLDING OUR TITLE HOSTAGE!!! Yes that is correct. We cannot register our vehicle because they refuse to do their job by sending the title to the MVD. We have visited the physical bank location 4 times and called one dozen times getting different answers each time. At this time no one actually knows where the title is and the amount of avoidance and bullsh*tery is comical. It's been 5 months of this.. we cannot use vehicle as we cannot for the life of us get this registered. Legal action will be pursued. As a leinholder this sort of stuff should be very basic and easy!!!

Really friendly knowledgeable and fast staff member helped me get my extra checks quickly with no extra questions or pressures to do any other accounts. Heard them taking care of the Customer in front of me, they tried helping him with a issue he had you could tell they really care! The young man was very outgoing and friendly I'm happy to go back anytime with the wonderful customer service he gave.

So sad that customer service at this location is declining. I have been coming here for more than 7 years and have seen many caring and problem-solving oriented personal bankers. In 2016 the employee turn-over is unbelievably hight, therefore the care for the customers is lacking. Today's experience was awful, the gentleman (I assume the manager) who was dressed unprofessionally and poorly groomed, showed that this branch will not be open for long. The lack of knowledge of bank's product/benefits shows thought the way he talks to people by suggesting to go to different branch or switch banks. Unbelievable!
