Aj's have drinks that a re better than Starbucks there's not many listings of names but if you have a specific drink they can make it but be prepared for the wait & Chula's is a great place to eat

Not the best for convenience/parking but it is a wonderful open air shopping plaza similar to desert ridge or Tempe Marketplace.
Just a little more intimate and upscale/grown up.

Come here for my hrt at identity. Love it. Also visited shake shack a few times for a shake. Don't recommend it. Go down the street to lennys burgers if you want a shake. They're bigger and cheaper, plus the service is hell a lot better. There's an actual human to take your order and the decor is on 50s dinner style which I really dig.

Had lunch at Shake Shack at noon. Great burgers just be aware the area is extremely busy at that time. Excellent burgers and orders are very fast. Look forward to going again.
