Every time I visit the store, everyone is extremely friendly and very helpful. It makes a huge difference when you have an inviting atmosphere that truly wants to help you however they can. Ilya and all the staff at the store are very dedicated, and making sure that customer satisfaction is a priority, very much appreciated!

I paid for color digital and paper scan copies, but the Ups employee sent to my mail b/w, on my remark that it is black and white and very low quality copies, I heard his answer that it is not him, that the scanner does so. And if I want color copies, I have to pay again, and then he will make color copies and send them to my mail, it turns out I am guilty and have to pay three times for poor quality work. I went to Fedex and made there, without problems, other copies: cheaper, high quality, and color. A price of the issue doesn't matter, a price of customer respect, that's what matters.

The employees were helpful however the new owners charged me $2.50 for an email to print and $5.00 to use the cutter. We are volunteers for organizing community events. The previous owner would be helpful and not nickel and dime us. I won't return to dunlap location

This is not a FedEx drop off location. When I did a search for FedEx drop off locations near me, the UPS store came up as my number one choice. But the UPS store does not accept FedEx packages. So why does Gugel show me this?

**Extremely Disappointed – Lost iPhones, No Accountability**
I used this UPS location to send three iPhones to AT&T as part of a trade-in program, with a total credit of $2150 promised by AT&T. UPS tracking shows the phones were dropped off, I gave every box was opened and the employee knew it was for a trade (unlock and no way to track it) but never left the store or made it to their destination. Its so suspicious three different package, three tracking numbers , all missing? I’ve tried to resolve the issue by visiting and calling multiple times, but the store owner has never been available — I was promised callbacks that never happened. The last time when I told the employee I will report to the police because its the only way to lock the IMEI of each phone, he was so rude and gave me a paper with a number to call UPS and guess what? I can not file a complaint because AT&T is the one that provide the label.
In the end, nobody has taken responsibility for the missing phones, and I am left with a significant financial loss. I trusted UPS with valuable items and received no support or accountability in return.
Use this location at your own risk — especially if you're shipping something important, and never never never show what its inside of the box.
