There are so many reviews and things can vary tremendously from person to person, but I am writing this one because I was supposed to have a package arriving that apparently required a signature. The sender told me that they would try to override a signature request, but then said they for some reason could not make the override request, and that I should try to do it by making an account. I then made the UPS My Choice Account, where "signing" was not an available option with the package, so I selected from a dropdown menu to leave the package with the management agency. This option was completely ignored, and I got a notice saying the package is being returned to sender. When I called, I got stuck in a loop with the automated assistant that would not let me speak to a representative, and ending with "your package has been returned to sender." Eventually I was able to get a call-back from a representative and asked him why this request was not being followed, the representative only repeated stock answers that amounted to "your package will be returned to sender," rather than why the request I made was ignored.
tl;dr: UPS My Choice was ignored, and employees with UPS have the same usefulness as an robot in answering questions. Cannot recommend using UPS for anything if they cannot streamline and fix their online package release system and have train their employees to not provide useless stock answers.

The store manager Robert and associate Brooks are very rude. There was a line and everyone was cut off or moved to the side. As if we want to spend our time being told something completely different

They get the job done for sure. The black guy Bobby (I think that's his name) is loud for no reason. While I was there he kept chiding the older white man about touching the computer and keeping it clean. He kept talking to him like a child
He may have something going on or just likes the be the boss of everything, but there is no need for being so loud and overbearing on his colleague.
On another spectrum however, if I do recall before, that same older man used to talk to people in the same way every time I went here so maybe he is getting a dose of his own medicine.
Either way it is not professional. And that man is old enough to be his father. Be respectful to your elders young man. We can all be humbled! Pride goes before a fall

First of all, they are open til 8pm weekdays and are also open Saturdays and Sundays!!! Today when I rolled up the young man working the desk rushed outside to help me carry my packages inside. He was smiling, eager to help and had a pleasant personality and attitude! I can't believe that in 2024 such amazing service still exists.

The people there where very informative and helpful one of my items where past it's return date and one of the employees explained to me how I can call amazon and still potentially return it. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with quick and helpful workers

Wow! Just had the most pleasant experience doing one of my least favorite things…returning Amazon items (ha). Burt helped me out and could not have been more friendly, patient or helpful. I see myself doing more returns in the future! Thanks Burt & the UPS team!

Ive always had good experiences at this store.
Today was not one of them.
There was a gentleman sitting on the counter who seemed bothered that a customer came in.
As he slowly slid of his seat, he begrudgingly asked if I needed help.
From there it got worse. The level of discontent was palpable. He made me feel like I was a huge bother to him and just wanted to get back to sitting on the counter.
I left with my pakages and went to another store.
I hope he finds happiness somewhere. Its clearly not here.

CROOKED
If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars I would. This retailer lost a very important package of mine. On the first interaction inquiring about it they gave me a sting of excuses, and later the manager told me:
"WE LOST A COUPLE OF 8-FOOT DOORS ONCE" as his way of telling me to stop bothering him.
After weeks of my own sleuthing, it was determined that the box was gone and I filled out the form to claim insurance.
That was September 2021. It is now June 2024. I got the run around from the manager for YEARS and have still not seen my insurance money.
As far as I can see, this FedEx branch is running a fraudulent operation, and I will go out of my way to avoid it. My I suggest you do the same.

I purchased a gift for my parents while out of the country and was nervous about shipping it. However, Brooks was amazing. He helped me ship and pack my items quickly while helping several other customers and answering the phone. Man needs a raise!

You get paid to deliver an item. Why do you charge a $10 fee to pick up an item that was shipped to your store? I get it's a business but that's ridiculous
