First of all, they are open til 8pm weekdays and are also open Saturdays and Sundays!!! Today when I rolled up the young man working the desk rushed outside to help me carry my packages inside. The people there where very informative and helpful one of my items where past it's return date and one of the employees explained to me how I can call amazon and still potentially return it. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with quick and helpful workers
