CS is inconsiderate. Trying to do a return and there was extra instructions. The person working the desk just kept yammering on even asking her to stop so I can see if I had other options from Amazon. She said she can talk all she wants.

I sent a return package from here, they charged me $3.50 to print a label I gave them my package. Long story short. It got lost, they couldn't find it I couldn't file a claim because of stupidity from everyone!
I'll NEVER use UPS again! So don't U either!
