Came in today on 02/26/2024 at approximately 3:45 p.m. I didn't get the names of the employees that were working there. However I had a very difficult time. The documents that I needed we're very personal. The gentleman that took my paperwork to copy them, he was just lost walking around going back and forth it was ridiculous he said the printer wasn't working and then another employee walked up there and made the printer work and he was going all over the place with these sensitive documents and I was just really irritated but I just kept my composure and when I asked if I could use the hole puncher for my documents they were like how much do we charge for this and the girl said oh I don't know and I said you just let me use it the other day and you said there was no cost to use it. And then she used these really weird words, totally unprofessional and said "well I got yelled at for doing that." And I looked at her and I walked away thinking yelled at that's totally inappropriate of a manager or employer to yell at a employee. I happen to know that no matter where you work in the United States that that is so unacceptable. Anyhow, I was just besides myself with these people tHe was around running with these very very important papers in the store going from printer to printer. I was appalled.Long story short I was hoping that either a supervisor or corporate personnel would read this review and dosomething about it because this was a very serious incident.

Terrible service. I had to ship back 2 iPads last week. The tracking has not been updated. Corporate is telling me I need to go to the store that shipped them out. I go into the store and as soon as I said I had to process a claim the girl told me to go to corporate. I told her I already did and they told me to come here. She finally looks into my tracking and asks what’s the problem? It’s “on the way” with no delivery date or time and that’s why I shouldn’t have shipped it via ground because it’s 14 days at least if not more. Their site specifically states that ground is 5 business days so if it’s really 14 or more they should let us know that. It’s only going to Texas I shipped two other packages that day further out and via ground and they had updated the entire shipment and arrived in 2 days. I said it’s been 5 business days and after showing they were dropped off there has been no movement on the tracking. She tells me to come back tomorrow when the owners are there but that they won’t help me either. I called the corporate number she googled and told me to call of course they tell me that checking the tracking it shows it was dropped off at the store and nothing after that to go back to the store. I’m getting sent back and forth and the store that supposedly shipped it is no help. So now I’m out two iPads that were Christmas gifts. I will be contacting the owners to see if they won’t help me either like she said.

Planned my route to include an Amazon return. It didn't go to well, the eldest gal at the front seemed rather condescending and hell bent to sell me a box and tape for $13 and I believe she snapped $8 more for tape. I was attempting to return the item in the box it was shipped in. After around thirty minutes I left and finished up some more errands. I stopped at a grocery store and got a very large box and returned. The younger lady that helped me this time was much more pleasant and I offered to help move the box, etc and she was very helpful. I am not sure if the elder gal owns the place or not, if she isn't the owner the owner should release her.The second visit, with a replacement box that didn't cost me $13, I waited longer and heard similar reactions from the same lady, lucky I did t get her again.I think the gal gets her jollies out of being miserable.Parking is a problem here, each time. The spaces in front of the location sr Handicapped parking and the restaurant, and other stores consume a lot of spaces so both times I had to park quite a ways away and tote my box in, and back and again in.I use UPS Stores frequently and the initial service received was the poorest I had ever encountered at a UPS Shipping Center.If there is an alternative location for you to go, I would suggest driving out of your way to avoid this one.

Came in for an item that was lost and the young lady’s working on 10/27/2023 helped find the item and very helpful and kind. All the 4 lady’s working today did there best Will be coming again. Great service . Thank you UPS

As someone who hates having to ship things out vs getting things delivered to my house, I can honestly say I really like this UPS Store! I have been here 3-4 times and the last few I had great customer service. The employees are great, and you can tell they try to get to everyone as quickly as possible. Xavia the store associate is so nice and helpful. These kinds of places are just never fun to go to because waiting is tedious and people get bored and annoyed waiting but even so it’s been a great experience coming here.

The 2 ladies working today, 10/11/23 were friendly, efficient and welcoming. A couple of us were there for notarizing and they had us in and out quickly and friendly. You could tell who were regulars and acknowledged with friendliness. I will return. Thank you! Oh, good music kept up with the pace of service.

FINGERPRINTINGPlease do not go here to get your prints done I called and asked if they did them electronically and they said yes, however when I was done they printed them off and sent them through the mail(not electronically) , it was 40$ to start and the scanner gave us tons of issues. The person who did my prints was very kind however he did tell me they should be about 3-4 days before they show up at DPS. A week later and the website still said “not received” and the store couldn’t give me an answer for any questions I had. Because of this I had to pay MORE money to get them done just to see results. I’m only giving 3 stars because it cost me an unnecessary 40$ and all of the in store issues, when DPS can get instant access to your prints and it costs less then 10$ elsewhere.

Melissa was so amazing and cheery! She talked to everyone who walked in and made sure everyone was seen and felt helped. What a genuine person and godly I hope I see her every-time I am here! She is quick at her work and can multitask customers and tasks. She is an excellent worker and person.

I had an Amazon return, but could not use the box for the return, UPS delivery trashed my box. I was charged for a box for the return, Amazon and UPS CS were no help. Mariah helped me with a refund for the box, she was awesome! Thank you Mariah. Give her a raise.

I love coming here because of the staff. Kind, Efficient, and Respectful of all! Tori was awesome and the other young man working whose name I did not catch helped me today, all visits are quick and painles.
