Went in to find out what happened to two of my packages I sent out within the past month . instead of getting help from a short bearded Indian who is rendered useless , I kept getting the run around. I asked I kindly asked if he could track the number in their system he turned me down and any questions I had just referred me to the 1-800 number . He should be overseas at a call center not storefront as a glorified mascot.

Horrible place!!! Go anywhere else!! That girl who runs the front desk lacks the most common sense of customer service!! She is absolutely no help what so ever! If she looks up from her phone to help you , be careful! Cause then it seems as if you are interrupting her. First time I went to ship a package and she was so rude! I never ended up shipping the items because she was that rude! Today I went in to print something out. And right away she says that costs $5. Like I cannot afford it!! I just said no thanks and left. Only because the attitude was horrible!!! I'm sure I am not the only one who has experienced this! Let me say, I will never ever return to this store again!! I don't care if I have to drive 10 miles away from home!

My previous five star rating is now a one-star rating. Do not bring your Amazon returns to this place they will make you buy a box or envelope PKG for your returns.
Dude literally said the PKG needs to be in a "box" or it will get damaged. I was returning an item that was already in an Unopened box" SO HOW THE HELL IS IT GOING TO GET DAMAGED!!????? GMAFB!!!?

Go anywhere else.
I was just charged five dollars by the person working at the front desk to open an email for me and print a single piece of paper. $5.62 to be exact. Apparently $.20 isn't enough for a piece of paper, they now need to charge five dollars as a service fee for what is about 11 seconds of work.
This is absolutely highway robbery. When I asked Vince about this outrageous price, since I am not only asking them to ship something today, but I have been and still am a long-term customer of this UPS store - renting out a large business mailbox and doing all of our major corporate shipping for conference booths, swag, etc. through their location for the last several years - he said I could thank Amazon and his manager, Justin, for this price.
He then went on to tell me that Justin set this price because Amazon has taken all of their shipping business. Which has nothing to do with me and nothing to do with the fact that they're charging five dollars for a piece of paper. I wasn't even returning an Amazon package. It was A pair of sunglasses to a specific distributor who told me over the phone that I would not need to print the shipping label, but the store would handle it free of charge since they have an agreement with with UPS and they pay for prepackaged labels. Who owns a printer in 2024?!
I'm not sure why I'm writing this, but maybe this will save somebody five dollars.
Justin – maybe you guys should compete on services and price instead of jacking up the price for little stupid things like printing a piece of paper and then blaming it on a multi trillion dollar company. This is not UPS corporate policy. It is location specific.

The store was very clean, the workers were very attentive and helpful. When the line was getting long, one of the workers ensured the customers that they would be with us shortly.

Today I dropped a high value item for shipping, the guy at the counter, that deny to share his name, was very rude and disrespectful, very poor customer service, every question I had he literally answer I don’t know and keep rushing me because his drive was waiting to leave, for the record the driver was super nice and help me properly packing the high dollar item while the counter guy keep being rude. Will think it twice before using ups service again.
