Nothing like going into a store and being assaulted by a wave of Marijuana blasting you from the associate across the counter. Seriously? I wondered if it happen to be another customer, but the wave hit me again when they returned. It would make sense if they were the only one working in the store (to get away with it), but to know there was a second person working, means They were ok with it as well. Where are we in society that one would think its ok to give others a contact high without their permission? Have we lost our sense of respect for one another? Good thing I didn't have my children with me, or I would have made my complaint well known.On the bright side, This associate was very friendly.

Great location....Very convenient..... However, I have "lost" two packages that were sent to me by family members ...One from the post office. One from Amazon...Not sure what's going on ..Be careful here....

Was ok, the kid behind the counter def. frowned upon me , because I only wanted a copy, he definitely made me feel like I was wasting his time!!??

It's clean, knowledgeable & courtious staff, safely secured. Has an array of various office needs & supplies computer, fax, copies, shipping, or drop off mail and more.Happy Thanksgiving .

I ordered some expensive PC parts and had them delivered here, only to find out they'd given away several thousands of dollars worth of my packages to someone else! They fed me this fishy story about how someone claiming to be authorized to pick up on my behalf came in and took my package with a "photocopy" of my ID, and apparently this didn't raise any red flags for the people working here, who deemed it appropriate to simply hand over my very expensive order without question! And I'm seeing other reviews on Google/Yelp of other customers claiming this happened to them here, so I'm very suspicious of this place—and you should be, too. Either the people working here are so incompetent that they'll repeatedly hand valuable packages over to people not presenting legitimate ID (and no, a photocopy is not "legitimate," assuming their story is even true), or one or more UPS employees is conspiring to steal. Either way, don't send anything valuable to this place! It will almost certainly go "missing."

I asked the person helping me if they could help me understand why I returned a package to Amazon 4 days prior at their location, it came back to my house. She scanned the package and just handed me a receipt. I again asked, since this is the 2nd time this happened, how do I know it will go back. She just pointed to the tracking number. It wasn't ubtil I asked again if I could actually get an answer for my question instead of trying to rush me out. Then another person had to chime in and say it is an Amazon issue. This was all I needed answered. This location sucks. Go to another location...

Ordered over $1000 worth of computer parts to be delivered to this ups store. All packages where “missing” when I went to pick them up from this location. They said someone already picked up my packages, I live alone.. now I need to file a claim because either an employee stole my packages or they gave my packages away without asking for an ID. Either way do not have anything delivered to this ups. It will go missing.

Robert isn't super helpful, is rude to customers, and is consistently on his phone, slurping his Starbucks, or ignoring customers.In 25 minutes, he did the following:1. Told a customer he wasn't going to handle the conversation he was having on the phone for what sounded like getting a fax sent to a hotel room. I understand how customers having two conversations at once is annoying, I've been there, but politely ask them to step aside while they finish their conversation.2. Told me I needed to give them more advanced time to print double-sided color pages. It is an emergency since my ink ran out of color during work and I needed to printing done asap.3. Told a customer his mail box was terminated in October 2022 despite having an email that states he was due for renewal in April 2023. When the customer asked for his mail, Robert slammed it down onto the counter.Roxanna was extremely nice, patient, and helpful. Please promote her!

Very helpful despite the fact that they were in the process of training someone ..be patient with NEW HIRES FOLKS. They're doing their best and at least they're willing to work, unlike the vast majority of us. ?

Returned a package on March 9 2023 at 11 am. Clerk did busy work - taping boxes, moving boxes, etc - and let five customers stand in line and watch for five minutes. pathetic customer service.

TERRIBLE. I run a business and needed to overnight some legal sized documents. So I ran over to this store. Well, this store has NO legal sized UPS envelopes. When I asked them why, they just shrugged their shoulders and said I should go to another store. How do you run a shipping business w no UPS envelopes for your customers?Now I have to take my time and find another UPS store. Totally ridiculous.

Maybe have a customer service training course for these folks. You can't understand because they don't speak in n a tone you can hear them and they are so lazy. Came in at 11:10 on Saturday 2/4/2023 and the two people there a guy heavy set shorter with a beard barely spoke up at all as he helped me. He was rude and didn't want to look for my package. He finally moseyed on over and kinda looked around but of course didn't find it. So he sent a woman (same thing couldn't hear or understand because the tone was like 1 decibel) and she kinda looked and then they decided even tho it was dropped off there 3 days ago it was not there. It said it was in their system but they said they never saw it so it wasn't there. Now I have to wait til Monday to see if it magically shows up in a place they don't have to try too hard to look or do a claim. Bull
