They were polite and got me done quickly. There was no line and she even offered to tape up my box, because I couldn't close it all the way. They were very helpful

Unpassionate to their customers. I came in to ship out my broken phone, to usps 2 months ago, and the recipient never received the item. I told the young girl, I am being charged a lot of money for this missing item in which she tells me , usps just comes in and takes all their packages. I submitted a search inquiry to usps, and when they reached back to me , they told me they do not have it, it was never even scanned and the only thing I can do is go back to the location where I dropped it off at. It’s a very $&!??& feeling . So I ask her if she can review the camera to see if someone might have misplaced it or to see if usps ever even got the chance to pick it up, and she told me they don’t have cameras. Pretty much she just wanted me to gone and go about her day. It’s obvious to me that girl is the bald manager with glasses young padawan . This guy alone in this thread has about 3 or 4 bad reviews about himself . Apple doesn’t fall far from the tree does it . I wouldn’t recommend anyone ever dropping off a package here. They will probably steal it. It’s easy when you don’t have cameras. I felt so belittled walking out that door. How can you not care or relate to losing 750$ due to their incompetent work performance. Do not ship items out of this location save yourself the time and money and most of all humiliation . They don’t care.

Bad experience, bald guy with beard and glasses is rude. Never have I been in a UPS store and will def not return to this one. If I were to tell this guy one thing, it would be “you are no better than anyone else, behaving this way makes you ugly”

Manager(bald, older man, Caucasian, wears glasses) tried to refuse my service. Because i greeted him and asked for the same in return. I didnt expect the conversation to go left as soon as i walked thru the door. The manager was very combative and cursed at me. Also advised me to get off the phone with my friend who over heard everything. And I had to act as the mature one to end the small dispute, he would've kept going. I appreciate him trying to fix the issue by not charging me for the print outs but you can't buy my respect back. I will be reporting you. I'd advise if you don't like your Job choose a different profession.God Bless

Alyse (I hope I spelt this right) deserves a raise. Came around the corner from doing something just to help out, got me in and out with all questions answered. If I coulda tipped her I would've.

Robert the manager or whoever works there is the worst customer service person I will never go in there again why beware if you can chop anywhere else stay away from this store I've never received such crude customer service from anybody

I TOOK SOME AMAZON RETURNS TO THIS LOCATION. WOMEN BEHIND THE COUNTER SAID SHE COULDNT TAKE THEM SINCE THEY WERENT PACKED IN BOXES. TRIED TO SELL ME A BOX????? I SHOWED HER THE PAPER FROM AMAZON STATING THE THE UPS STORE IS TO SCAN, PACK, AND SHIP. SHE REFUSED
