From when I walked in the Hispanic lady didn’t even greet me, she looked annoyed and like didn’t want to work . I had paid for my shipping just need to print labels, she said she couldn’t do that . That I needed to go to an ups store which it’s far from my house compared to this location. In my opinion all ups locations should have a way to print labels by simply scanning the prepaid one . I end up going to the one on central and camel back and they took care of me no problems. If people don’t like to work they shouldn’t be there.

Worst delivery company on the planet. Had to wait over a week for my package that was supposed to arrive in 1-3 business days. All because the delivery person can't use a little common sense.

SMALL LOCAL BUSINESSES: UPS DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! With UPS consistently skipping our small business for pick-ups, I'm forced to drop off at this location. The old man at the desk GIVES ME SUCH A HARD TIME, I will chew off my arm before I visit here again. Not only did I have to load, drive, and unload 400 lbs, I also had to wait in line to receive the 3rd degree from this guy as I put boxes on the counter one by one for him to scan. After this review, I'm seeking a quote from FedEx.Thanks for generic reply UPS

This is always the response:“If you need further assistance, please contact us via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook, Instagram or Twitter @UPS.”I prefer to speak to a human customer service rep by phone, not get the runaround by the automated phone service and then end up nowhere cause it doesn’t know what you’re saying and can’t provide the information you need anyways! Do you remember those days when your questions would be answered by an actual human being within a timely manner? Now they require you to go onto a detrimental social media site just to ask them a simple business question that they don’t want to answer by phone. Let me guess, oh yes and they’ll get back to you tomorrow. I’d like to ship a package today. However, I don’t want to drive to a location to find out that they won’t or can’t ship it out because of whatever reason they provide: they don’t print prepaid labels, they don’t except small packages at that location, you can’t pay at that location, or whatever the reason. It’s happened to me before at this location. I just can’t remember what excuse they gave me last time and I have a package that needs to go out today.

I just dealt with possibly the worst customer service I’ve had in my entire life! If I could give 0 stars I would! Older white guy middle aged Hispanic lady were absolutely no help with answering my questions . Basically told me to online and figure it out. I asked if they could help they said they don’t know how to do it. WHY THE ? do you work here if you don’t know what you’re doing?! It makes zero sense. There’s a way to say hey Mr customer I’m sorry your dealing with this… I don’t have the answer but if you give me a second I can find out for you. Simple customer service skills. Do better.

I had went to orientation on the 13th of this month and got the number to text Join to and I have gotten accepted they sent me a link to apply with a user ID which I’ve never received. I’ve called the ups customer service number many of times trying to get ID number while first time they said to go back to site which no one’s had time to do all that. Then on other occasions I’ve called and gotten the run around saying contact HR but it’s all the same number and same excuse no matter whom I talked with. Lately I’ve called even today 11/22/23 yet phones seem to just ring like people whom work there don’t like their job or don’t want to answer on purposes, while I even did a call back request which takes forever and they send same bogus number to call just wasting time. So I’ve realized by times I get ID to log into UPS users site the seasonal positions be too late and possibly over since contacting someone credible at ups in like pulling teeth.

Why are you so slow and the most expensive option. I made an order with multiple items, some shipped USPS and the other with you. Postal service delivered their items 3 days ago and your stuff isn’t even at the half way point yet.

Cant give 0 stars or I would. Absolutely horrible experience. Three times tried delivered. 1 time the driver didnt ring the bell, knock on door nothing. Just stuck the missed you on the door. Went to the customer center not there yet. Cant change the where to deliver without signing up for the website. Dont use UPS often enough to need the website customer service on the phone is useless and tells you to go to the website why would you even need the customer service on the phone? Why on earth would I want to sign up for something I dont need. Absolutely disgusting. Added incompetence at another level. Was told after final delivery was going to be held at customer center for 5 days. Fine. Went to pick it up first thing next morning. What happens. Returned to sender. Was told was never told to hold it. Couldnt change it on the website customer service couldnt do it over the phone. FIX YOUR INCOMPETENCE.

Went to get a package that has been at facility for 24 hours. because they wouldn't deliver until next week. there was an old male working that gave us lip service. He showed us the people on the phone didn't do what they said they should have. Asked if we talked to a rep in the USA. I told him I didn't know I called UPS number. Where his company routed the call I don't know. He told us how the overseas reps have no repercussion for their actions and complained about them for awhile. He said he would try and find the package or ask them in the back. he walked out of sight for about 60 seconds and came back and said he couldn't locate the package. Told us we had to call the 800 number again. we had 14 mins until this store closed. We called got a rep on the line. they said they would send the terminal a message to release the packed. I went back in and he told me it couldn't be processed in time for their business hours. the building says "Customer Center" should be the "UPS Bleep off center" 3 day select is a joke they are holding the package at their facility for more than 3 days. What can brown do for me? provide customer service not lip service.

I'm receiving a package it's been delivered twice I call UPS to switch it from my personal home to a UPS store they send me to an AI she sends me to a representative a representative sends me to technical support then I'm told we can't do that you have to do it in the computer well I have a problem with that because if I can do it I wouldn't be calling you so I'm sure that your annotated system needs to be upgraded so that you can change from someone's address to a UPS store that they're requesting to go pick it up themselves and make things simpler for the customer as it is now if I'm not home on Monday to get my package between 2:30 and 4:30 it will go back to the sender which I think is ridiculous I've spent 40 minutes on the telephone with UPS trying to resolve an issue that still is not resolved thank you and hope that you don't have the same problems with UPS that I did

To day i was wait a packet that was suppose i have to received yesterday but the not deliver and today i was wait the all day for the packet and the driver never nock the door he just live a not saying ( sorry we missed you ) but he never nock the door
