Went to drop off a Amazon return. I had already printed off label, put return item in the box and came to this location to drop off. They proceeded to charge me .54 cents to put I tiny peice of tape across the box to close it up. So damn petty

This UPS store has really gone downhill and look run down. Half of the lights are not working. Half of the furniture is gone. The employees are playing rap music from their cell phones. They did provide courteous service thou. They are also little gnats flying around the store. This location used to be much nicer. I'm not sure why it is so run down now.

This place is a joke. Waited a half hour to ship stuff after emailing them my labels. Then the "internet" wasn't working and none of my labels downloaded. She already charged my card. Then I asked for a refund and said I'd go to another store and she had the nerve to get an attitude about giving me a refund. Why would you charge me if you didn't even perform the service? Why is this store even open?
