went in last week to drop off a package and get it mailed to my aunt in Florida and print out papers for my lawyer and the young lady in there daisy was AMAZING! It was so fast and easy I was in and out that store in a snap of fingers thanks to daisy’s help! That girl deserves a raise!

I am a senior citizen, David and Anthony at UPS on 101 and cave Creek have been unbelievably helpful/ patient kind and are always there taking as much time as I need. I highly recommend them in the store.

I used the certified mail service, and the man gave me the receipt, stating that the tracking number is on it. However, it is not. Now, I can't track it, and the mail might be missing.

I’ve been to this store a couple of times and never had a problem, easy in and out transactions. But yesterday (3/1/24 around 3ish PM) I witnessed a customer doing some kind of return and this lovely lady kept apologizing for any inconveniences she may be causing since this was her first time returning something this way and clearly the UPS employee seemed frustrated. I wish I woulda got his name but I didn’t he was the guy with the low bun on his hair. There was also a bald guy and a young kid (both very polite and helpful). Anyway, this guy didn’t even acknowledge that the customer was profusely apologizing and walked away from her. The customer then voiced how rude he was and the employee just made a face and said “I don’t know what you’re referring to” and proceeded to charge her for the transaction. The lady kept apologizing and the bald guy(sorry I keep referring to you this way) said it was ok and the lady said “yea you’re ok with it but him” and the rude guy just kept ignoring her. I then stepped close the lady as I was leaving and told her “I agree with you, not acknowledging a customer is very rude!” Especially when they are talking to you directly! Management needs to have a conversation with this man and he needs an attitude adjustment! If you’re not happy with your job find another one!

I had a negative encounter with a UPS counter employee. Despite informing him that customer service had confirmed my package's arrival for pickup, he displayed unhelpful and rude behavior. The employee seemed unwilling to assist and reluctant to check for my package at the specified location.This encounter affected my satisfaction with UPS services.
