I sent in two separate print orders for items for my dad's surprise retirement party. When I arrived to pick them up, they couldn't find my order because it was labeled as "Wedding" even though the printouts said the word "Retirement" all over them. When I got home, I realized the package they gave me only had one of my orders instead of both. I immediately called and they couldn't find my second order in the system, though I had a confirmation number. Eventually they found it and said they would print it right away so it could be ready the next morning when they open (which was the morning of the party). I showed up as planned, and my order was nowhere to be found. Not only that, but the person working was unable to access the online order system at all. I was able to email her the file, but she was not able to connect to the color printer. So now, I'll be late to my dad's surprise party, I am not getting what I paid for, and we won't have the items we wanted to use for the party. This is not my first bad experience with UPS printing. Would recommend going elsewhere for your printing needs.

Horrible experience here. Mailed a car bumper through them. Worker asked me "how much is this worth" / told them $500 and then they only insured it for $100.Somehow they "lost" it?! How do you lose a car bumper? It's huge... I highly suspect it was stolen because tracking from two months ago says "label created". It obviously didn't get lost in transit because according to tracking it never left UPS.When I go in to make a claim, they say we only had $100 insurance.Now I am out a bumper and $500. Manager won't return calls.

This UPS store steals your packages and claims they lost it. Took a $500 bumper to return that was purchased from Amazon. Every time I checked the tracking it showed it was still at the store. After 5 weeks I went in the store and they said its lost and their manager would call us. Its been now another week and still no call from the manager. Now Im out $500 because Amazon will not refund me and another $160 I paid to ship it.I need someone to call me asap and resolve this. You cant tell someone you lost a 150 pound package and not do anything about it.

Extremely RUDE!!!! The two associates began to argue over scanning our packages. The young man behind the counter threw down the scanner yelled “ I GIVE UP” and walked to the back. The lady associate began to scan and when I asked a question regarding my packages she very angrily gave a very rude response. Rude, incompetent, unprofessional.

Normally I have a positive experience at this location, however Chandler has helped me ship my packages the past two times and is extremely rude and unfriendly. They should consider getting someone else who is detail oriented and friendly.

Young dude with the mullet is horribly rude and no personality. Always dread getting him to help me. Makes my experience bad every time despite him doing the shipments correctly.It's not that hard to be kind of nice, especially when you're job is customer service.
