If you are returning something to amazon don't do it here!!! Amazon doesn't charge you to drop off return packages. But this specific location will. They will make you pay for taping to seal up a bag that is originally from Amazon. They could have used the shipping label to act as the tape to keep the bag sealed. However they charge me for tape instead. Will not be going back to this location again and would have rated them a a negative star if I could

"Tiff" was without a doubt the worst customer service experience I've ever had at any UPS store. The attitude and conduct was appalling. When asked if my box could be taped, a 1inch gap was left in the box. When asked to tape it closed replied with "I'll get to it when I get to it". I was shocked. Then proceeded to refuse to tape the box until I paid. Despite having already taped it...just poorly. I offered to do it she said do not touch the tape. So I said I'd like to know my box is actually CLOSED before paying and she then argued back and finally did it. Genuinely the most offensive customer service exchange I've had in a long time. Hope this gets discussed so no one else experiences this.

i just left this UPS store 6/14 at 5 PM where this woman asked the worker in the front for a piece of tape to secure her package just a single piece, and she made her charge her a dollar for tape, lady was so calm and literally confused and proceeded to kick her out, when the lady left, the other coworker hispanic male asked the rude worker if she really was gonna charge her for a 1$ piece of tape? and the worker proceeded to laugh said said hell yea and made fun of the woman in front of a room full of customers. Just give the lady at the damn piece of tape and don't laugh about it right in front of everybody, horrible. she did it on purpose and never would charge a white man probably

Asked the representative for help having their UPS driver to deliver my package to their store instead of an address where no one will be home. Guaranteed package will be stolen so thank you for nothing.

Don't go here to drop off Amazon returns for "free" because the owner has decided he's gonna charge people a dollar to tape your box shut. Because at the UPS Store tape is surely hard to find and very scarce.

The folks here are always nice, even when their customers aren't. I see many nasty reviews and can't help but wonder if those are from the same miserable folks who think it's okay to treat workers like sh!t. There was a long line and bless the poor kid who had to endure the dumbest questions from a lady who wanted an explanation of difference btwn this UPS store, the USPS and the UPS trucks. Sheesh! He explained it clearly and she still gave him tude. The next lady yelling at him because her package wasn't delivered timely enough, despite her not paying for priority mail because it's too expensive. How was that his fault? Rude people suck. I'm sorry that the employees here have to endure this sort of treatment. And I'd like them to know that I see and appreciate their hard work and efforts. They've always been kind, helpful and professional towards me.

Every since they have changed management or whatever they did this has been the worst experience of any UPS store.Never answering the phone the mail is always behind and today when I called to find out if they would be doing the mail they said the mail is in but they are not putting it out today.I have no idea what kind of customer service that is but it's definitely not the kind that I expect to receive they take my money every month they have my mail there but I cannot pick it up today because of whatever reason.We will be canceling our box here and I advise anybody looking to get a mailbox please do not use this business.Absolutely horrible
