Wouldn’t let me pickup a package in-store that required a signature. Unhelpful in resolving the issue.

UPS says they delivered here, however, two day later the CVS still says they do not have the package. The manager at CVS says UPS updates the package status to arrived when no packages have arrived all the time. I do not recommend using this access point to anyone.
