I leave reviews whether good or bad and today is a GREAT one. I normally use another location because it is a bit closer to my house. I was on the way home from work and the 7th st location logistically made sense. Kaitlyn was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, nice, helpful, kind, and so welcoming! I thoroughly enjoyed the service she provided with ease. And not to mention that she was tidying up the store. It was already well organized but clean too! This may be my location because I will drive anywhere for amazing customer service! Thank you Kaitlyn!

don’t give me wrong it’s a great shop to shop at. They have a good selections of everything that you’re looking for in a store however, management should treat there Employees a little bit better. They should make them feel more comfortable To work there and Wanting to work there . Instead of making them feel not wanted I’m so glad My Daughter Carmen is not working there Anymore And she’s onto a better Environment.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience today at this United beauty. Karmen assisted me and she exceeded my expectations for customer service! It is very comforting to get wonderful customer service, especially when going through medical treatment with hair loss. Karmen was also very wonderful with my nine-year-old daughter today. I feel that people should be recognized when they exceeded customer service expectations! Thank you Karmen and we will be back soon!I come back a few months later and my expectations again were exceeded by amazing customer service! The manager, Kaitlyn was so wonderful and took time with me. It’s so nice to have really great smiling people in your life while going through treatment. I appreciate Karmen and Kaitlyn so very much for their kindness and wonderful customer service skills!

Love united beauty! Every location I've been to the all of the employees have been super informative and super nice. This day I for a shorter straight platinum blond drawstring pony and some nail accessories . competively priced and quality products . not as extensive of a selection as far as wigs or braid in hair as the other location I've been too but still had a decent variety non the less. !

The place looks nice enough. I went there to get a wig and wanted to try on one of the half wigs. However, I was told that because the wig I wanted to try on was not on display. I couldn't try it on, I would have to buy it. However, if I buy it take it home, try it on and don't like it. I can't return it. That is the worst policy ever. Management needs to reconsider the policy, put all of their things out on display or create a try on pile of wigs for their inventory.

This store has such a great selection of hair products and beauty supply for such an amazing price. The atmosphere is so friendly and inviting, I was super nervous since I don’t know much about wigs but Carmen was such a sweetheart and helped me pick out a wig and FAST! She listened to exactly what I wanted and got it immediately. I truly appreciate the thoughtfulness and attentiveness. She was extremely kind! I didn’t catch the other workers name but she was super sweet too and they gave me some good information and tips on how I should install. Thank you guys <3

Got a beautiful wig here for my mom and it looked so cute and natural. I walked in and out in no time luckily found the perfect fit and color. The associate at the store was very friendly and helpful.
