First time I used them as they are a certified dewalt repair. I got my punch back after a month and paying up front for cost, took to jobsite and didn't work. I returned and was met with short rudness but left tool and next time I got the punch it worked correctly. I took another drill into get repair and was told it would cost more to repair than replace. I ordered new one. Hot call on Friday 30 minutes before they close telling me my drill had arrived. So Monday go to pick up drill walked in and said I was there to pick up right angle drill that they had ordered and was met with very rude " you need to tell me your company name" not what would the company name be. Since they are not a retailer of tools, how many right angle drills had they sold to pre-ordered customers?

Great variety in tools you can’t find at any local store. Great company for all your industrial needs. Friendly staff is always kind and courteous. Usually deliver next day but if you're in need of a product quick you can stop by will call. My company has used them for years.
