True Story: I spoke with Kuya Jerry earlier today about boxes to be shipped late that evening. Our car broke down late night in the middle of the road in I-17. We asked for his help and he did not hesitate even if it’s outside his job. He even refused to accept money for transporting us in the hotel. My family is safe because of this guy. They picked up my boxes Mar. 23, 2021 and have not been delivered as of writing (June 7, 2021). I’ve been coordinating via email and their reason is very unacceptable. They said they only deliver to our province Occidental Mindoro (Luzon area!) once or twice a month so I have to wait for their next dispatch. It’s been a month since my boxes arrived in the Philippines and until now they’re stuck in their warehouse. I’m absolutely not using their services anymore. Not worth what you’re paying for. Never will I trust my boxes for my family to them anymore!

They lie lie lie all the freaking time lol! They will not respond to messages when there is an issue. Learned my lesson and sticking with Star Kargo from now on! They cost a couple dollars more but i would rather spend a couple dollars more to avoid this headache!

Very unreliable.My box was picked up on November 28,until now its Feb 24 its not yet recieved.They have so many alibis.Their website doesnt give the right information.
