Went here after a small accident for a 4Runner. Steve and his team do an incredible job, with no BS and straightforward explanation of what you need and how long it’ll take. This is the kind of shop you wish you found sooner, can’t recommend this place enough if you’re in need of some car repair. My only complaint is he is a Boston sports fan but you can live with that after you see the work.

Ultra Collision is my top choice for body work in the Phoenix area. I shopped around for body shops a few years back, read reviews, called shop numbers, asked a bazillion questions, read more reviews, did more research. After looking into about 20 or so shops, I concluded that Ultra collision was the best mix of quality work, high rated customer reviews and low-ish cost.Now you're not going to get the rock bottom price here, but you're also not going to get over charged or see line items for things like under carriage paint protection or left handed blinker fluid replacement. When you come here, you're going to get a reasonable charge to get your crunched vehicle back to looking like it just came out of the show room.I have been here with two different vehicles on four separate occasions. What can I say, my vehicles somehow seem to attract things like garage doors, parking lot bollards, big rocks on dirt roads and other vehicle's bumpers. Each one of these occasions I leave with no one else being any wiser and I get to keep my stellar driving reputation, at least that's what everyone who looks at that front quarter panel thinks. ;-)Ultra collision will work direct with you as a cash customer, will work with your insurance, or work with the insurance company of the person who's car bumper you attracted.Any way you slice it, they do great auto body work and a median / reasonable price and they will always be first choice of where I'm towing my vehicle to if it's ever been in an accident.

My car was recently stolen. After recovery I was intentional about choosing Ultra Collision. Steve went above and beyond to repair my vehicle. He communicated with me throughout the process and had my back when working things out with my insurance company. If you want honest work without the fluff call Steve! He is dependable and honest with incredible work ethic. My vehicle is now repaired and it looks like nothing ever happened. He was even kind enough to fill up my tank with gas and give my car a nice wash. Seriously the best!!! If you’re contemplating between the other guys and Ultra Collision look no further! Someone hit and run my car as I went into Fry's to get milk and eggs for my kids late at night. The next morning when I stepped into the garage, I saw the damage from the previous night. I immediately called my insurance company and got my claim going. Upon searching Yelp for what seemed like hours on end, I came across Ultra Collision. I drove out and talked to Steve, the owner. As soon as he saw my car, he could tell the paint on my bumper was off from a previous fix done by a dealership. He explained all the work he would do to get my car back to showroom quality. I also had the hood repainted out of pocket and it came back looking f****** amazing. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality body shop for their baby on wheels!

I love Steve over at Ultra Collision. He was so friendly and respectfully explained everything without making me feel d**** He even slapped the a** of my truck and got a dent out. He turned and looked at me and said, "I just saved you $300 backs!" In all seriousness take your vehicle here. They are fantastic!

Great experience overall. Honest. Quality work. Very quick turnaround. Only 2 days when other collision centers said they'd need my car 1-2 weeks for the same service. Owner seems like a really good guy too. And they vacuumed the inside of my car! What a nice surprise to realize after I moved the paper they put down on the mats. Definitely would recommend this collision center over any others in the Phoenix area, and I checked out A LOT before making the decision to go to Ultra. I purchased a new hood -and needed it painted. I told Steve that I had bad experiences with the paint not matching. He said he could do it and we should do the bumper too The end result was anything but that... And the response from Steve - the owner -was that's the best I can do so deal with it... and tried to blame it on the fact that it was fiberglass !???? Even though the bumper that was already on the car and had the original paint before they resprayed it - was completely different shade of color as well the Color tint was so far from the rest of the car...-see pictures- that it actually looked like it was a different color code then what was on the original car. . When I told him I wasn't satisfied with the paint job he did. He got angry with me and was very rude... And instead of offering to correct it-he said it would cost me another thousand dollars to fix it... and when I paid him (of course he wanted cash only) he didn't even work on the bumper and again- he was so rude and told me that this was all he was going to do and that was it !! And he didn't want to hear any more complaints. And he didn't care what I had to say about it... There was nothing more he was willing to do.
