Ary is a great employee!!!!!!!!!! She is such a big helper when it comes to finding products, and her exceptional customer service is amazing. She goes above and beyond for us customers. Way to go! Please shop at Ultra off Tatum!

The check out girl was very helpful in getting my membership working correctly. However I had to wait while she helped others, should have another worker to assist people in line to check out.

i went in today for a foundation match and the lady had a horrible attitude and then she had a horrible attitude she judged me based on my appearance she told me i couldn’t afford stuff here and to go buy stuff from walmart but then before she was in a good mood with a white lady then when i was paying she kept having an attitude with me talking bad about me to her manager then her manager came with a horrible attitude just the same way being disrespectful offending me the mangers name marcie and all they did was make fun of me based on my appearance make fun of my daughter for how she was dressed as well all cause we weren’t all dressed up like the white ladies there i woukdnt recommend going there

So disappointed... the unprofessionalism of the Stylists @Ulta is rampant. I had a $300 balayage that I didn't want to touch, but the stylist (Giselle, Desert Ridge location) suggested a "toner" that would wash out in a week or two. Well... she used permanent color because it never washed out!! A $300 balayage down the drain!! Now, (and, I have auburn hair) & the last several visits my hair has been orange. Yuk!, Come to find out that my color has been discontinued but I wasn't informed. They just decided to "wing it"!! Add onto that the "Elitist attitude's" they all seem to have & it is a recipe for disaster. Never stepping foot in another Ulta Salon again!! And I suggest you don't either.

Went to Amy at the salon for a feminine pixie. It can be really hard to get a good pixie cut these days and she helped me get my cut where it needed to go to make me feel so much better about myself. I also watched her take amazing. Care of a sweet elderly client before me and I could tell that client also felt like a million bucks after her care.

A few of the employees were really nice, but there was one girl with the glasses who I heard mumble under her breath "shes still here what the hell" I was pretty shocked, but not surprised. Some of these employees make it so unpleasant shopping nowadays!!! I'd rather just order it from Amazon. I'll probably never go back to this location because the girl with the glasses was so incredibly rude that it just turned me off in general from this company. There are other beauty companies like the audacity! You work at a place where people are going to ask questions and get another job if you hate it. You are selling overpriced beauty products I'm gonna ask all the questions I want. I was nothing but respectful to that girl. I had no idea why she was such !

Not sure what's going on with this location. During the busy holiday season the store is locked before closing time. No posted sign or explanation.

I got my hair done at this location today, just a gloss service with sealant. I had about 3 inches of grown out roots from being blonde and wanted to have the blonde parts a dark brown so that my roots weren't as obvious. I went for an elite stylist over a standard stylist and left with spots throughout the back of my hair. I didn't notice it from the front and I didn't think twice when my stylist didn't give me a mirror to check it because her next client was there. However, my stylist dried and straightened my hair after the services. I don't know any scenario in which she wouldn't have noticed these spots while styling my hair but she didn't say anything. I was too embarrassed to go back and i couldn't keep my hair looking like this so here are photos that the cashier at Sally's took of my hair an hour after my Ulta visit when I decided I'd have to fix it myself. My stylist was so nice, we had amazing conversation throughout the services but I just don't understand how she let me leave the salon like this.
