No cleaning tools after previous customer. They don't want loose customers, so doesn't matter if you have an appointment you will be waiting. Then rushed, job done in less than half time expected, which affects quality of work. Also seems like overcharging for services. In receipt no indication how the price is formed. Just an amount. To finish on positive note, in general the technicians do a good job.

I was a walk-in but they were able to take me right away as it wasn’t too busy. I came on a Tuesday in the afternoon. I did an appointment check in on their tablet and selected “no appointment”. It was a very nice experience.
Requested style: I requested a gel manicure with flowers. I wanted to keep the natural length but f my nails and went for a nude base. I wanted all the color pop to come from the gem flowers. The nail tech who did mine had a little bit of a freestyle with adding in the small plastic flowers but I loved it. It came out great.

Mimi is amazing! The previous nail tech at another store used way too much gel on my fill and my nails looked terrible.

My pedicure came out nice but it was a little rough and a few parts hurt, like the sanding of my feet.

They did a good job on my Gel Mani,Pedi. I also love my eyebrows. My only complaint is they can sanitize a little more .

got a pedicure and it was amazing. it didn’t feel rushed and my feet feel great after. they were sensitive to an injury i have and when i said the wax was really hot they cooled it a bit and checked to make sure i was okay. i’ll for sure come back here for more services.
my only issue was the polish at the end was sloppy. didn’t paint the whole nail, u can see the difference between the 1st and second coat, they touched it to check it and messed it up. sucks but after more than an hour of great service, it’s hard to let the polish be the reason i don’t return. i prefer a clear coat anyway so i just won’t get polish next time, no big deal.

Yesterday was my first visit here. My hair stylist had told me she liked going here. I had a gel mani & pedi. I loved the whole experience! Very welcoming & were able to get me right in without an appt. Everyone was friendly & professional. Very relaxing & enjoyable experience! I highly recommend this place! ❤️
