Let me preface with the fact that I spend hundreds of dollars at this particular dispensary every week and am very well known by almost all employees.
I ride a 1000$ electric scooter to and from the dispensary almost daily. Today like every other day, I went in and was met with attitude about my scooter. I was told that I need to lock my scooter to a bike rack, (first time this has ever happened, i order online usually i am in and out within a minute) and to put my own property at risk in order to secure a preroll because and i quote "it makes the floors dirty and its crowded", when there was nobody in the store and the floors were filthy when I got there.
So why the change?
There are no signs posted about locking up electric scooters and am wondering when are you going to get a proper scooter rack so that people can feel safe and secure at your business?

I’m new to Phoenix and have tried out a handful of dispensaries and this turns out to be my favorite because of their superior customer service. Today was my third visit here, and every time my bartender is top notch. Dilon, Izzy, and Carlos are super helpful, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

Ok I rolled up on this location "THE ROW" by accident today. Curious to check it out inside... who would of thought today I hit the jackpot the Grand Re-opening,everything BOGO.
My Budtender ASH was all that,I told her I was low on funds can you hook me up? ASH turned me on to a Roll One brand,and I'm glad she did cuz it was ?.
My girl ASH was professional,personable,and cute and she knows her stuff.

Sierra was very helpful in finding everything I needed. Their daily deals are pretty sweet saved like 80 bucks just by shopping the sales. And quality has been great

Great deals and most of the staff is nice! Except the gal in the thick black glasses that has glared at me twice the times I’ve seen her. She never helps me either she leaves or goes to the back. Lol Idk this woman but at least the other staffers are very helpful and nice! Goodness I’ve been a returning customer for almost 8 months and had no problems with any of the other staffer, only that one. I stopped saying bye to her too in hopes she could be kind, but no she is selective of who she is nice to. It felt good today saying nothing to her while she rolled her eyes and went to work the pickup desk when I was next. ? girl I am just here for my medicine, no need for such a bratty attitude.

I've spent thousands at this store. Someone bothers to tell me you have a rewards program after months. I quickly accrue some points. I'm super financially challenged right now and I'm like oh this will be so helpful. Go to use them but I can't apply them to a BOGO? My old weed store had no problem with that. Guess I'm gonna drive the extra 10 minutes now. Bye.

Worst store selling anything - EVER. Small, dusty, empty, over priced, ghost town. Couldn't even get a pre-roll or disposable vape for $40! Had to leave empty handed. Whatta shame: great location for business
