True move was a blessing to have found. They were able to do a same day emergency move out with packing/loading in short notice. Jason was very polite and professional. He also communicated very well. Our mover Ryan was also polite and professional. The company itself is amazing and very affordable. I recommend to everyone and will certainly recommend to family and friends.

We had a great experience with this team. From first estimate to wrapping up the move, Jason and team were professional and friendly. All fragile and delicate items were carefully wrapped and transported. Jason himself is very customer focused and sets a great example for his team. We would highly recommend this team for any local or interstate move.

Our go to moving company. We have used them for both short and long term moves with the recent one from Phoenix to Seattle. Jason and his team are truly the best and are punctual, professional, and very reasonable in their pricing. They handled our heavy furniture with such care. We would use them in a heartbeat again and highly recommend True Move.

I cannot express how thankful I am for Jason and Ryan! Jason (owner) was incredibly responsive and ensured all of my questions were answered prior to the move. He worked with my scheduled that flipped around a few times leading up to the move and never once made it seem like a hassle. Both him and Ryan were extremely efficient as well and made the most out of my time with them. I will 100% utilize Jason and his team should I move in the future and would absolutely recommend them to others considering moving companies in Arizona.

What a great moving company! The guys that helped with my move were fantastic and very careful with my belongings. We went through the house to determine what was going to the new place and they got to work right away. Jason was super helpful getting me scheduled, even last minute while waiting for my home to close. I highly recommend the guys at True Move and will definitely use them in the future!!

Jason and his team did a really good job with our move. His team helped us move our 5 bedroom house. They were the very best value in town. They arrived on time and all the items were moved with very careful detail and attention. Jason was very attentive to all my requests. I will use True Move again for any future moves. I have used Jason and his crew for 2 of my recent moves and I couldn’t be happier. They were very friendly, arrived on scheduled time, worked diligently, and took great care of moving all household furniture and items. No time is wasted as they are working and I was amazed at how they load/unload in such an orderly manner. The truck and equipment used is clean and in good shape. Jason goes above and beyond for his customers and I would definitely recommend him for all moving needs. You will not be disappointed!

I feel like I HAVE to put a review on here even though I ended up using a different mover. After choosing a different mover, Jason sent me a text the morning of that move to wish me luck. Turns out not choosing them was a mistake. The company I chose broke a bed that will have to be replaced, cracked the frame on our futon and put a gouge in the hallway wall. Not only did they cause this damage but they’ve ghosted us. 5 phone calls and 16 text messages later they’ve refused to respond and come back to fix the damage even though promising to do so. When I contacted Jason, asking for a recommendation for someone that could fix the wall, he not only said they could do it but is not going to charge me for it because he stated “it’s not always about the money…sometimes it’s just about doing the right thing.”This man is a true blessing and I would recommend him without reservation. There are truly some good people left out there.
