I was in here the other day to buy some paint. Keith in the paint department was so knowledgeable. He gave me such great information about the sheens of paint and what not to use in certain rooms, he also explain to every grade of paint. He is a definite asset to the Home Depot paint department. Thanks for your help Keith.

Obviously Home Depot is the place to be but rolling carts from the store to your car takes careful consideration due to the fact they haven't maintained the parking lot in 20 years. FIX THE LOT!

The worst, going to Lowes. Spent over $100k over the years with HD and they have hit rock bottom. Out of stock on many common items, service is poor- good luck trying to find someone in store. Management view is online and in-store are separate entities, really??? For example cant use a store credit for online purchases. Returns are getting more difficult. Online inventory is misleading where you find out in store is out or stock. Horrible.

Garden department disappointment. Shelves stocked wrong - we even checked pot size. They couldn't find their stock and we're not helpful.

We ended up coming home and placing a large on-line order but we needed to go into the store to see/feel/touch a few things. Anita Brady assisted us in the appliance section. Shout out to Anita for taking the time to help us decide what to order.

I bought all new appliances including a dishwasher in early September of this year. On September 20th it was delivered to my house and installed. On October 29th we discovered that the new dishwasher was leaking every time we ran it since we got it and has been damaging our cabinets, floor, and wall. We have had to take additional time off work to have people come out and inspect the dishwasher and have been told every time that it is the other company's problem. The first "LG certified" technician to come out said it was dented in the back top left corner and that is where the leak is coming from and that we would have to call Home Depot to get us a new dishwasher. There have been phone calls almost every day with LG, Home Depot, Barlow Delivery Service (third party delivery service),Sedgwick (Warranty/claims company), attempted to reach Home Depot store manager but was never able to get in touch with them, All State at the recommendation of Home Depot but they only deal with electrical and mechanical problems. We have had the delivery company send someone out twice, the first person said there was nothing they could do with it because it was leaking so they sent the field supervisor who found there is a seam on the unit leaking and its a manufacturer defect and they can't do anything for that. Today 11/29 we received an email from Sedgwick saying they will forward the information to LG who will most likely want to send out another person to look at the dishwasher. In the meantime, in the two and a half month's worth of time of having a new dishwasher that is unusable I am no closer to having a dishwasher that I can use. We're tired of the run around. We spent over $7,000 on all new appliances for our new house and we are no closer to having the dishwasher replaced. Home Depot needs to step up, get us a new dishwasher installed and deal with who pays for said dishwasher on their own. We cannot continue to take time off work for more people to "inspect" this defective item, and need this replaced immediately.

I visited the paint department today and Carla provided above and beyond customer service. she was extremely friendly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting in matching paint color I need it for a very old paint.

This tool rental is the worst! They're constantly understaffed. You have to wait a long time for any service horrible go to the tool rental on carefree and cave creek you'll get way better service.
