Some people do not wish to deal with finding an installer for whatever product they buy.Home Depot advertises installation available for many of their products. This is an excellent sales tactic, EXCEPT, in some instances it is misadvertizing. I was interested in a AC mini Split. Home depot carries a brand at the exactly same price as the manufacturer. Neither, charge shipping. So basically, the deal is identical.But you are lured into buying from Home Depot because they offer installation too! When their installer calls, you then find out he does not install the Home Depot mini split but he will gladly offer his brand for few thousands dollars more. So, in summary, Home Depot refers you to an installer who does not install the Home Depot product but offers to install his product. Further more, he claims he does not know why Home Depot did it. There is a level of misrepresention of service in this case.HOME DRPOT my advise, " sell you mini split with a disclaimer stating that Home Depot does not offer installation for this product."

I come here maybe 3 times every 2 weeks to grab things for the crib. Not a bad depot. There's helpers outside looking for a few extra bucks. I've definitely used those guys too help move. The inside of the store is clean. I've always gotten help. Thx guys. Not to shabby eh

Tried to buy a trimmer, blower etc. all locked up. Which I understand with the thief's in the world. Finally found someone and they said the guy with the key was putting together a grill and it would be 20-30 minutes. You don't have two keys. Lost this sale

This is the worst Home Depot I've ever been to in my life. You'd be lucky to find a person working in returns if you get there within an hour if it opening. Plenty of employees using the computers in returns to clock in though. The parking lot is always full of drifters and vagrants begging for money. Some of them practically jump on your car, and there's always some weirdo that will accost you begging for spare change. I never feel safe here and it's unclear why Home Depot allows these people who aren't customers to hang out here. When you get there in the morning the lights are always off even if the store has been open for hours. Aisles are closed without regard for customers who need something.

I mean, it's a HomeDepot...It's the one stop home improvement king and I hit them up weekly, or more...What they don't have in the store you can get shipped to the store or to your home, super convenient.I wish they had more hardwood options though!

Useless website that shows available in store, pay for the order, 2 hrs later they cancel your order due to their inability to maintain stock showing available when it is not available. Wasted my time..Talked to 2 people who double talked me to the point of hanging up on them.

Avoid this store like the plague of you can! There is no parking, the store is a mess and the guys working in lumbar just stand around a talk to each other. I waited for an hour to have one Paley taken down, then had to unload a whole stack of wood by myself, due to the wood I needed being in the bottom. While THREE associates stood there and watched!

I came in to Home Depot and talked with Luz at the return/customer service area. I had issues with placing an order online that required the help of Home Depot.com, she quickly understood the issue and called them. She was incredibly professional, helpful and attentive during this transaction and ensured I was able to make the purchase I needed. She patiently waited to confirm everything with my order with the team on the home depot.com end with regards to pricing and shipping. Beyond grateful!!!!!!

Having an extremely hard time selling me artificial grass. It's laughable. Like these dudes couldn't even show me a yard and give me an estimate. Giving the run around, don't want to help, point-fingers and don't help the customers Jesus Christ this was annoying. I wanted to buy like $100 of grass and they said I can't so I walked out of the store with nothing. I said 3 times I want the thick grass on the wheel and they couldn't even walk me to it, I walked to it already but no help was available for a minuteeeee. And they sent me to grab this other grass already cut and it was paper thin. Not what I want. Duh I said it 3 times. I go to Home Depot all the time and usually everyone is HELPFUL AND NICE lmao I felt like everyone here was rude to me and unhelpful. Can't even sell the stuff they have for sale!!!!!
