Sales and installation team were really good. Unfortunately, there is no tech support at Titan for cameras that you buy from them. I bought $$$ cameras from Titan thinking they would know the products they sell. They don’t trouble shoot at all over the phone. If anything goes awry their only answer is sending a tech at a minimum of $200 a pop. I simply needed someone to tell me where to click start so the cameras display on the desktop. The standard response is “The minimum charge for this call is $200. This includes a $50 trip charge and our standard labor rate of $150/hour. You will also be billed at the rate of $150 for every additional hour the tech spends on site. We bill in half-hour increments after the first hour. Any parts used will be billed in addition to these rates.Update: Customer service contacted me and helped resolve over the phone.

There should be ZERO STARS available for Title Alarm & Fire. Our panel died and asked for new one to be installed. After 5+ calls to Titan to get someone out to install new system, they said they needed manager approval and manager would call me. After 15 days of calling them and asking for help, they said the manager is a busy guy and sometime takes several days to call customers back. Over 2 weeks and no calls from anyone in management. Customer service is terrible. If you are looking for reliable alarm company, dont use them! Plenty of other ones out there that can return phone calls.

Britney has been the best to work with, on the ABC Surprise project at 12100 N. Dysart Rd. Through all the struggles with the alarm system, the approvals from the owners of the property, as well as trouble shooting the issues I continued to run into. Britney was always available to me to rectify all the issues we had on this project. Even after hours Britney worked through getting the zone report at to me, so I was able to close out the Tenant Improvement. Britney played a pivotal role in getting this project completed.Thank you for everything.

This company is a scam! After getting our system installed malfunctions started immediately and have never stopped. They want to charge astronomical rates to come fix their product that has never worked. We finally had to switch companies as getting alerts all hours of the night and day was not working for us. Now we get to send them a large check to disconnect our services for a system they installed that never worked. Extremely disappointing. DO NOT USE them! I feel like they should be refunding us for the system that doesn't work!

If only I could give zero stars to this alarm company, biggest mistake that the company I work made changing to them,. The non stop of the broken equipment and lack of response to fix them is frustrating to my employees. Stay away from this company, you will only have headaches and nights of no sleep with the calls, texts from their faulty parts. It as advance as them make it seem in their sales pitch. They suck

My panel has not been connecting to report to the police or fire since the beginning of the year and Titan is no longer in Colorado. I needed to upgrade my panel but would need to do it myself. I paid for no service in January and wanting to cancel and they are making me pay for another month with no service. I sent an email to the representative about canceling immediately and they will not respond. Poor customer service and charging me $76 for having no service and then not having service people in the state. Would it recommend them

What can I say other than the experience was GREAT and everyone stepped up to get the problem solved. I'm very glad we have them for our alarm company.They are fantastic.

2021 We loved working with Mike, he was professional, prompt and was a wealth of information about what would work best for us.2022 The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service and monitoring system. I've been calling for over a week because my alarm is setting itself off - no one answers the phones, and ever single mailbox is full. Their systems only work a fraction of the time.

When I was out of the country my alarms kept going off at my house. My neighbors called the police but found nothing wrong. This happened at lease 3 times the police were called. The police said they would not come to my house again. When I returned home and called Titan they sent a man out to look at the equipment. It was bad or old equipment and they fixed it. I told them that I cancelled my contract with them the first week in Sept. They then had the nerve to bill me again in October even though I cancelled. I refuse to pay for bad equipment. They just keep harassing me with constant bills and it even looks like the equipment is still on - even though I don't use it and never will again. I have written them and called them and it still goes on. They let me down when I was out of the country and now they want me to pay for their bad service and equipment. And the police will never come to my house again. Then they threatened to turn it over to collection so I sent them a monthly check plus late fee today.

I called to cancel and was told it would take 30 days but that they wouldn't charge me any more. They charged me today. I will deleted this once I'm refunded and they cancel without difficulty.

Tammy handled my billing issue with alacrity. So I would recommend her. to work with customers. Service men were professional and easy to do business with.
