“I originally accidentally went here after leaving Discount Tire thinking it was Big ‘O Tires, where I have bought tires in the past. I just recently special ordered brand new 22x10.5 5zx120 25mm offset Verde Axis V99 satin black wheels with Lexani online tires that came with TPMS sensors installed and tires mounted and balanced, but I needed them put on the car. Stopped in here, spoke with the manager Pete, who is awesome and the nicest guy, and he informed me it would be just like rotating tires, so they would do it for free. Now, Discount Tire, at which I have bought numerous sets of wheels and pretty much all my tires since I was 16, wanted $25-32 per wheel to put on my RR Sport. Not only did Pete and Big Brand do the install for free, they got me in and out on a late Friday afternoon in 20-30 minutes.
Pete also called me around 6:30 pm to ask if I had dropped my earbuds, which I realized I had. He had my new AirPods Pro II headphones set aside and waiting for me to come back and grab I was never a previous customer. I was actually really surprised someone turned them in and that the store called me to let me know and get them back to me. This is the best wheel / tire shop I have been to. I was never a customer before, but I will be now after this experience.”
“Such a great experience! Gabriella is absolutely incredible. Explained everything so well she's absolutely amazing! Booked a quick tire patch online kind of thinking when the puncture happened ode need all new tires. They got the tire off and inside, of course, was split a lot more than the puncture in the tread. Gabrielle called me right away and got 4 sweet new Nexen all-terrains delivered and installed super quick!! Will always be back if I ever have tire issues or time for replacing. Thank you again!”

“This place is great. Carlos took care of me after I ordered tires from Discount then reached out to him and he beat them no joke by over $500 for 4 Nitto Ridge Grapplers 38x13.50R20. Before anyone
of you say that Discount gives their no hassle warranty. Well that was an additional $450ish dollars that was not factored into the $500 savings these guys did. I will come back to these guys for sure for all my other vehicles. Also swapped out my best tire that was on the truck onto my spare for me. A+ for this place. Also no 2-3 hour wait. Instantly started so that’s huge for me as I can’t stand sitting around for an hour staring at my vehicle not being touched even with an appointment at Discount.”

“I rarely make reviews but I needed to for this. My first time here was about a month ago when my car broke down, had it towed here after hours and they were still able to call me the next day get the parts and repairs done in an affordable and efficient way. I also had an oil change scheduled today and there was an issue with how the appointment showed up in the system, they still managed to fix the issue and get my car done early than expected. I would recommend this shop to anyone!”

I recently visited Big O Tires on Happy Valley Road with a flat tire, feeling a bit apprehensive. Like many, I was concerned about being upsold into purchasing more than I needed. However, my experience turned out to be quite the opposite.
When I arrived, I was assisted by Michael Gruentzel, who took the time to thoroughly inspect my tire. Unfortunately, it couldn’t be repaired, and after a careful assessment, it was clear that I needed new tires. What set this experience apart was how Michael handled the situation. He didn’t just push me into buying new tires; he logically and patiently explained why my tires, which were over four years old, were no longer in good shape.
Michael went above and beyond by walking me through the benefits of several tire brands they carry. He made sure I understood the pricing and the current sales available, ensuring I got the best value for my money. Our conversation even extended to sharing experiences we’ve both had with poor customer service, and how that can negatively impact a business. We agreed that a single bad experience can lead to significant lost revenue for a business, which only reinforced my appreciation for the exceptional service I was receiving.
I left Big O Tires not just with four new tires but with a newfound respect for this store. I felt genuinely valued as a customer, and my choice to visit this particular location was validated by the "Value Added Service" I received—something that's increasingly rare these days.

“Wow, WONDERFUL service! After just getting my car out of storage, I called in hopes of getting my car in the same day - they had a cancellation so they worked me in. From day one, I was very impressed - Eric was professional, friendly, and his communication was top-tier! He took photos of anything they found with the car to document and record. Two days after that, my car started making a weird sound. Gave them a call and they were able to get it in later that day. Within an hour of a thorough diagnosis and tune-up, Eric had my car back on the road! (The weird noise was due to repairs a former mechanic made - not from this shop.) So grateful because I would have been without a car!
This is a phenomenal auto shop that is also reasonably priced - I cannot recommend it enough!

So, when the tire on my Mini Cooper SE got a flat, I decided I would shop Big Brand also. The website was easy to use, and the they had great prices for tires, including the "run flat" tires for my car. So I chose the tire and made an appointment...they are open until 6pm, which is perfect since I work until 5pm. They are true to their slogan "In. Out. Done" Shawna and Angela were so friendly and Pi did a fantastic job installing my tire quickly. The entire experience was stress free and much better than the other discount tire place.
