I like getting my goat food here because it’s a family owned business not a corporate box store. The products are higher quality and I love visiting the friendly down to earth staff. They even referred me to a guy who helped me trim my goats hooves!

The Western Ranchman store is a wonderful feed store that has any of your needs for animal care covered. I buy my chicken feed here and they were so helpful in getting me started with everything I needed for backyard chickens. Very knowledgeable and friendly employees. My son loves looking at the chickens in the back and the turkeys!

You'd expect an authentic feed store to be located in the hinterlands somewhere a zillion miles from civilization but this little gem surprises with not only a convenient location not far from the 51 fwy but with the selection of feeds and general working ranch supplies (even fresh chicken eggs!) you're certainly NOT going to find at a big box store. Joe and crew are super friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist. Prices are more than reasonable, too.

Highly recommend! I have been visiting this store since I was a kid. I bring my kids now to see the baby chicks. We bought bird seed and duck food. Great price. Shop local!
