Don’t live here! They tow your car whenever they want. There is no parking anywhere and if you work late there will be no parking when you get home and your car will get towed if you leave it in a “no no” zone. It’s like they don’t think about how many people will be living in one single apartment. There are no parking spots assigned. I’ve had to wait 30min-2hrs for a spot to open up or go sleep at a friend’s place because there's no where to park.
It’s also hard to reach them over the phone.

Moved here from out of state with my significant other and everything started off great. Since the first few weeks it’s been constant promises of maintenance to fix things and they never do. Our dishwasher has been broken for almost a month was told they’d be in to fix it and never show up or coordinate a time to do it. Our fan above our washer and dryer has been broken for 2 weeks, the lights attached to our bedroom fan are HANGING from an exposed wire and they won’t attempt to fix that either and that’s been an issue since the day of move in. You would think after months of people complaining how bad it’s getting there would be change but apparently nobody gives af that works here.

I’ve been living here for about 7 months and it has not been the best experience. When we first got here the first thing I noticed is that our kitchen appliances were all crooked and still are. There was also a German cockroach infestation that they knew about because the last resident called about it there’s still a infestation and we’re trying to get it under control but this morning I woke up with a cockroach crawling over to my face. There is also a mold growing in the air vents which is not the best to live in. There is also lots of water damage every where which you can look at with a black light. We even had crooked doors which we just fixed ourselves. And maintence just came with no warning early in the morning while my father was still sleeping. But besides the apartment being like that the outside is not okay just like the parking situation. We have no organized parking if you work late nights and your driving home be prepared to park in the neighborhood across the street unless you want to pay an extra 150 dollars for a little one car garage and if you don’t then you probably won’t find parking most of the time. Also the foundation on building you can literally see is falling apart. The lights that are placed everywhere around the community a lot don’t turn on and a lot are leaning far out of place. The fire place at the front pool doesn’t work just as the tv there doesn’t work. and the ventilation in the apartments is horrible one of our bathroom fans barely turns on and our windows advertised as energy efficient have huge cracks in them just as the patio door does which is not the best when you live in Phoenix Arizona in summer having all the cold air leak out. The gate at the front is also broken so anyone could come in not that anyone would want to though. And also the pool msintence is terrible there is so much dirt and dead bugs dead flowers and dead leaves in the pools. So basically almost anything you seen on their website is over exaggerated like state of the art gym equipment from the 1980s. And if you look at the lawsuits people have had with the leasing agency’s over the years it’s been the same judge every time and the guess who always wins? The leasing agency’s and against all the mold and infestations the lease you sign says it’s not their problem and you can’t have the county inspector come check it out. I would put half a star if I could. Oh by the way in 2024 they don’t have recycling they are not green

I’m a current resident of the turn and have lived here for almost the last 2 years. I find that it’s VERY hard to get a hold of the office bc the main number doesn’t always work. When you do get in contact with them, the staff is never the same. When I called to report another huge red ant infestation (4th time since 6/19) the automated voicemail asked me to press 1 for a leasing agent, but it does nothing and the call disconnects even after multiple attempts.
My apartment building has had an issue with red ants since summer started. I asked to be placed on the pest control list and they actually had someone come out to treat it, but it’s done nothing for the ants. What I would love to happen is to see them do something about the giant ant colony at the bottom of the step near the dumpster. Spraying inside does nothing to keep them out. I keep a very clean apartment and they’re coming in through the foundation of my patio, a crack near my bay window and the light switch near my front door, literally everywhere. I’ve been trying to caulk any openings I can find, but when they’re coming in through the electric outlets, there’s only so much I can do. I have 3 kids and a dog and it’s really frustrating that we keep getting bitten within the walls of our own home.
I’ve received notices for them to enter my apartment to do routine checks on my water heater and they don’t come when they say they will. I received 3 notices in May/June that they were going to enter my apartment to check the water heater tank. They never came. When I put in a maintenance request for them to actually do it, they marked it off as “completed” when I work from home and know that nobody came to my apartment. It’s frustrating, but ultimately is the complex’s responsibility to make sure their staff is doing what they say they are.
If you walk around the property, you’ll see that a lot of apartments have issues with the tiles falling off the outer side of patios. I’ve never seen them attempt to repair those.
The pools are small and often closed with little to no notice but when they’re open, they’re usually filthy (feathers, leaves, trash, dead bugs, etc.) When I first moved here in 1/2023, there were enough pool chairs to line both sides of the pool. Now most of the chairs have been broken by tenants or damaged by sunlight and never replaced. The main pool has only had 2 pool chairs for the last year or so. That’s 2 chairs to share with the entire complex. The property is gated but that does nothing when there are gaping holes in the concrete wall from people trying to break in.
The grill has been broken for over a year and I’ve put in a maintenance request in the past with no response. There are missing knobs and it’s difficult to get a fire going. I haven’t been able to use it for the majority of my stay here. The outdoor tv isn’t functioning and/or never turned on and the remote is kept within the office so it’s really just there for show.
The amenities are not as promised . The “updated” gym is poorly maintained and/or has dated, broken, or missing equipment. Pieces are loose and move around when they’re not supposed to, leaving room for injury. I find that the more time goes on, things just continue to break and they stay that way. You can’t clean the equipment before or after using it because they’ve been out of wipes for months.
Parking is an issue. There’s no assigned parking and many residents own multiple vehicles (one guy has 4 cars) so there’s no way to guarantee you’ll have a parking spot when you get home from work. Their solution is for you to pay $75 for a garage so you have peace of mind instead of monitoring the parking spaces to ensure there’s enough for all of their residents. I’ve never had to pay for parking while renting ever, that is until I moved into The Turn.
The property itself has so much potential. I love the location of my apartment. I just really wish they’d do more to mak

I have lived here for a few years. Property management change several months ago.
I have been waiting 7 months for them to fix my washer and dryer. Instead, as a single mom, I have to go to the laundromat every single week.
I hate confrontation, but brought it up several times over months, and left work orders on my account.
I am told—-Sorry, no one is here to fix that.
This is NOT the time to move to the complex. It is completely unacceptable, and they are taking complete advantage of me.
I literally can’t move as a single mother right now, and I don’t have the means to hire my own repair man. It has been an absolute nightmare. Completely disrespected. They have offered no level of comfort or compensation. I pay for what they call luxury living, but here I am without working appliances. They wouldn’t even offer to pay for the HUNDREDS I’ve spent so far at the laundromat.
This is significantly serious, and friends are encouraging me to go public with it.
Please look elsewhere if you are looking for a community where basic needs can be met!

While I've never lived here. After reading the reviews. I won't. I take things with a grain of salt. But most of the reviews are the same. So I'll pass on living there. Not to mention I've tried to contact the office about renting an apt & nobody calls back. I work in property management so I know the office staff must be either lazy or they rent all the apts very fast.

I was trying to be patient but now I’m super frustrated at The Turn.
For months I’ve had an issue with my dryer where I had to throw away many of my family’s clothing items. I placed a maint req in March and just last week all they did was just look at it and said someone would come the next day to fix it & bring my AC filter but no one came. I sent an email yesterday to management then got a call if I was going to be home today (Friday) so they can come fix it. I’ve been home ALL DAY and no one showed..AGAIN. These are luxury apts but I don’t see anything luxurious about having your clothes torn by the dryer that they don’t come & fix, unless they’re willing to compensate for all my loss items since the maint req 3 months ago..

With new management living here is like living in hell!! It takes them 2-3 sometimes a month to get work orders completed. YOUR house could have a flood and they don’t care to take care of your plumbing. They check the completion of a work order when it hasn’t been completed. The skinny office lady if RUDE always on her cell phone. Pet disposal outside stinks never gets cleaned out. The MAILBOX area is nasty trash is full leaves everywhere, pools are always being shut down now due to them not being maintained trash everywhere junk cars just sitting in the parking lots not being towed. Ever since new management this place is not a place I would recommend to anyone!!! DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM

Don’t move here if you work overnight, workers make so much noise with their dust blowers throughout the day, they will disturb you’re sleep, not worth it.

In April, I moved into a two-bedroom unit, and I have been extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. Numerous items were broken upon move-in, including the shower door, fan light cover, and the dryer, which does not dry clothes. Additionally, the tub tap is leaking. Despite multiple requests, these issues remain unresolved as of June.
On June 1st, the dishwasher started leaking, and no one responded to my service call. I left a message the next day, but received no reply. The new management is unresponsive and rude, unlike the previous manager, Courtney, who handled issues promptly. Miss Courtney.
Furthermore, parking is a significant problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and reflects a failure to provide basic services.

Man, where do I start. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking. At move in, my apartment was in horrible condition, absolutely nasty. I was told it had a deep clean prior to move in, which was nowhere near true. The apartment I got wasn't even the interior we were told it would have. Of course, they wouldn't show us until after the contract was signed.
Parking is an absolute mess. Do not try to come home after about 9pm, you will not find a spot and if you do its probably on the other side of the complex.
Maintenance requests never get addressed, it actually got to the point where I just stop filling out the form because it was a waste of time. We have now been waiting 9 months to get our drawstring on the ceiling fan fixed (9 month back order I guess?)
My lease is finally up and I'm in the process of moving out, now they decided to lose my moveout paperwork and want me to pay $1900 (lease plus multiple fees) when in reality it should've been around $500 (8 day rental plus various normal fees). When I reached out and provided a copy of the paperwork they already had me fill out, they basically told me I was SOL until I continued to push and finally got it corrected. Shawn is absolutely horrible to deal with and puts very minimal effort in. Extremely horrible work ethic.
I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I loved this place when Courtney was manager. She made sure everything was handled in a timely manner , met needs and went over and beyond to keep this place up to par. Now that she is no longer here things arent getting done and the new manager Monica has a nasty attitude. She does not need to be the face of these apartments and we all agree so many of the other tenants have said she has a terrible nasty attitude snd when they aks to get things done she catches a attitude and she does cause she caught one with me. She even snapped at an older lady for asking about the front pool. She speaks to everyone nasty even maintenance ive heard her myself very unprofessional. Shes going to have this place empty! She does not care about tenants needs at all !

I feel compelled to share my experiences in hopes of constructive improvement. While the complex advertises itself as luxury, several issues detract from this reputation.
Parking availability poses a significant challenge, especially during peak hours. Finding a parking space after 9:00 PM is consistently difficult, often necessitating parking in the adjacent apartment complex or paying a steep fee for garage access.
The cleanliness of the premises leaves much to be desired. Dirty windows and rooms, coupled with visible signs of neglect such as cracking ceilings and deteriorating wooden floors in both the bathroom and main entrance, detract from the overall appeal of the complex.
Moreover, despite reporting these maintenance concerns to the main office, the response has been disappointingly passive, particularly concerning non-emergency issues like cosmetic damages.
The amenities promised by the complex are another point of concern. The BBQ grills at the main pool are dysfunctional, missing buttons, and clearly lack routine maintenance. Additionally, the cleanliness of the amenities is inconsistent at best, with evident lapses in regular cleaning schedules.
However, the most concerning issue pertains to the gym facilities. For the past 4-5 months and counting, essential sanitation supplies such as wipes and sprays have been absent. This neglect extends to the hygiene of the gym toilets, which have remained uncleaned for an unacceptable duration, evidenced by persistent poop stains and pee under the toilet seats.
