Ms. Shanta has been a lifesaver!! I’ve been going to her for two months now and I feel so good about my hair. She is very kind and amazing at her job, and I have been so happy with my hair after each and every appointment.

Bad service. From scheduling to stylist. Either the wrong time, the wrong person, the wrong day, for the wrong style. Management has poor customer care to reasonable situations. Maybe one stylist (Hector)who knows what they're doing or understands what you're looking for in a style or haircut.

I tipped the girl 20$ to be really nice and hopefully she gets better. Her fake nails dragging through my scalp left me with an itchy scalp ): thinking maybe it's from the bacteria those things hold. She did not cut any of my hair and I had to ask to cut a lot more and still wasn't what I wanted. I came home regretting spending 40$ plus a 20$ tip for that and it was literally just a wash and cut nothing crazy with short layer. I'm just sad and never coming back

Initially, I had a bad experience. I had called to ask if they accept walk-ins and I was told to come in at 3pm, which I did. When I got to the front desk, a women named Crystal was there and she was very rude! She immediately told me it was on an appointment basis and proceeded to be rude when I tried to explain that I called. There was another young lady at the front desk and she was so helpful. Despite being told to go in at 3pm, I was not seen. I had to make an appointment for the following weekend, which is fine. That's why I had called in the first place. During my second visit, the experience was much better. The lady that cut my daughter's hair was awesome! As was the gentleman that cut mine. I knocked off one star due to my initial experience. I'm not sure if I'd ever go back again. Customer service is a big issue with me.

We were super excited to get our hair done. Randy(stylist) didn’t seem to be in a good mood when he got there. Apart from tugging at my hair and cutting my hair awful, my hair now is to dried out. My friend was supposed to get highlights and ended up with her hair breaking of. Didn’t get anything close to what we were asking for , since he was trying to kill to birds with one stone working on our hair at the same time. Never will I ever return with this man. I have never been so dissatisfied. Paid to much for my hair to ended up so poorly. ???

Came in to get a trim and blow dry. They first tell me only master stylist is available so the price is a little more so I say that’s fine. I go to the back and the stylist is asking me what I want and I say I want an inch removed just an inch. Now she tells me because my hair is a little long which it barely passes my shoulder blades that its gonna be an extra $6! So $50 for a trim! No thank you. I’ve been coming here for years and never have had this issue. Never coming back. Outrageous prices. I would understand if I was getting it colored but a measly trim of an inch and they wanted to charge something I can get half the price and a better salon. I just come for the convenient location but I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
