I apologize for not getting the person's name while I was there. I usually do. Best place. I was helped with my package and everything needed to do a return. Thank you so much! This weather makes people feel sick and she made it look good to send back. She's been there for awhile. I might go twice a year to this place and she always greets me with a big smile, very professional and respectful. Thank you! Great customer service!

I was told my package would arrive in a week, it’s been 3 weeks with no update. I contacted USPS and they stated my package was shipped untraceable after leaving the country and that there is not ETA. I understand if USPS works that way but I was wrongly informed by this location, why would they say one week? I would’ve chosen a different carrier had they informed me correctly. This location also has very high shipping fees, you’re better of going to a first party and a DHL site if you’re shipping to another country it’s cheaper and arrives within days.

Best Customer Service! As a full-time RV'r, my mail,packages and meds go to my mail forwarding service in South Dakota, which is my home base for VA medial care. Spending my winter here in the Phoenix area, I needed a place to receive everything. I first rented a USPS mail box at the Litchfield Park Post Office. My fowarding service in S.D. sent my mail and meds in one large envelope to this address and some newbie performed a "Return to Sender" on the Pkg. !!! In short order, I cancelled the mailbox, giving them an earfull, and rented a mailbox at the Mail Shoppe for the same cost.A week later, the envelope with my mail and meds arrived at the Mail Shoppe. The nice woman running the business called me to let me know that my meds had arrived. No way would a person get that kind of service from the USPS. Thank you Mail Shoppe !

I rented a P.O box here a few months ago.. because I order stuff online a lot and I thought it would be better... But that was big mistake because only half of my orders actually show up here... I keep calling and calling and she says the mail hasn't come in yet... C'mon. Something is going on!!!!

Stopped by to mail a gift, I didn't want to go to the post office. The lady used a flat rate envelope, I mail pretty often so I was quite shocked when she said it was 17.50 and blamed the weight. Uh hello it's a flat rate envelope! Then She said well we do charge an up charge because we are not the post office. I googled flat rate envelope price and it's 9.06 that's a HUGE up charge just to use their store.

I usually come here to drop off some stuff that I need to send to friends who live far away or if I sell stuff online. The process is very quick, I'm usually in and out, rarely ever a wait. Even if there is a wait, it's only a couple minutes at most. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for making my mailing needs much easier. You girls are amazing, I appreciate everything that you do!

Super convenient and a large selection of packing boxes. Even special ordered some for me as they were out of stock. Love that I can drop off my UPS stuff there. Employees are always friendly.

Went in to get a document notarized, Notary Bond for my own notary renewal. Very pleasant, seemed to appreciate even my little bit of business. Sweet shop that looks like it offers a lot of services.

I would give 6 stars if I could. I was searching online for a Notary for an out of state birth certificate request. I sent this business a message asking about availability and got an IMMEDIATE response; I was able to email over documents, have them notarized and faxed over to the appropriate parties in less than ten minutes. Fantastic customer service online AND inside the store. The prices were incredibly fair as well. Thank you Mail Shoppe for turning what could have been a tedious errand into a great experience.
