Came in to get a color match. Paint was garbage. They use cheap materials. Was given a paint bucket with no label or brand and no info on it.

It is funny to see the owner responding and acting like he knows exactly who is writing the reviews and just bashes unhappy customers instead of any type of customer service. Sucks to see the quality has dropped so much. Even the boxes of masking tape is now some generic tape that leaves residue and peels off any painted surface you put it on. The edges arent even straight on the sides of the tape. If you even mention having an issue with the paint they are so defensive and act like their paint is God's gift to the valley. I used to love saving money here and getting quality product but after costing me money on multiple jobs now it simply isn't worth the risk. Low cost paint with a gamble of being quality about %60 of the time. I'm not trying to down talk the business just leaving an honest review as I am a professional.

$75 for 5 gallon of external semi-gloss is way better price then the box stores! $140 for 20 gallon of mismatch paint ?

Spent time with Matthew and Isaac picking out proper paint colors. I don’t say this often but I had genuine trust while talking with them. Matthew questioned my flat paint choice as he was ringing me up and totally saved the day. This place isn’t gonna baby you- they’re trying to save you money! Lots of negative reviews but seems like mostly freeloaders. If you try and give someone a hand, they take an entire arm! Thx team :)
