Sylvina is amazing when walking in to do a tour she was welcoming. She deserve more than 5 stars. She explain the application process and all fees associated. When ready to move the heritage will be my next home.

Sylvina Betton has been the best leasing specialist/office personal I have EVER had the pleasure of working with at any apartment complex. The previous office personal were difficult to work with and quite grouchy... but ever since Sylvina was hired, she has completely turned this place around as far as leasing and service requests go. She always has a smile on her face and goes above-and-beyond to ensure that you are taken care of in every way - whether that is moving in, moving out, or even just replacing keys, she makes it a breeze and truly makes this complex far more enjoyable to live in. I don't know what she makes but she seriously deserves a raise/bonus!!!

Sylvina is always so friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a question or concern she jumps right on it to get it rectified or the answer for me. It’s appears a pleasant experience dealing with her in the office and makes the property a great place to live.

Avoid this place at all costs. The apartment was nice, but the amount of money they charge is ridiculous, and that's not including the stupid services you can't opt out of. Then, when you leave, they will make up exorbitant charges. They want to charge me $1000 to replace the flooring for "pet damage" when there was three or four planks scratched by furniture in the guest bedroom. They also want to charge $500 to re-sand the bathtubs. They refused to provide me with actual estimates or receipts of payment. They also refused to let me have my own expert look at the supposed damage - said it had already been repaired.
