Items are constantly in the wrong spot. And when trying to make a purchase of the item, provided a response that Target just hired a bunch of people. So Targets lack of training becomes the consumers problem. I am going to begin posting all of items that are in their incorrect home here - along with sharing is the price was honored. M&M photo: Was not thanked for even bringing the issue up. Also-the location of this pic is literally next to the stock room. Targets lack of training is now the consumers responsibility. Will continue to update post with pics like this. This is the 3rd time within less than 6 months where we've ran into similar issues. Will also share how issue was handled by management. If it's a onesie item (which could be explained that a customer placed item there) of course this would be no big deal. However if the shelf if STOCKED with the item....i will continue to share the journey.

0 out of 5 s Horrid service. Tried to return 1 item & it became an entire issue. Martin had an attitude when I didn't have my ID. Stated that a physical ID card is to be present in order to complete a return because it's "required by law". I looked it up online & did not find such law for AZ. If my internet findings are incorrect, I'd love to know the exact quote & reference to view it for myself. Facts are important! They (Martin) really need to be educated on their facts before losing their cool, flipping out, & raising their voice. I highly suggest they be: - Trained on customer service - Customer understanding - Refresher course on harassment - Job description Usually agreeing to higher pay (management team) means, you're able to de-escalate problems with grace to create positive relationships with clients.... Which obviously was not my experience.

I asked the woman doing my return multiple times a question she voided answering and finally admitted she didn't know the answer so she called over her manager who answered my question, and when I had a follow up, he literally lost it and was so rude FOR THE RECORD I was speaking monotone because I am losing my voice and need it for work SO THANKS FOR ATTACKING ME AND ACCUSING ME

I’m not sure what’s more disgusting. The homeless man parked in the mens bathroom stall, the spit and boogers in the only working sink, or the soiled pants hanging out of the trash can. These bathrooms need some serious cleaning and monitoring regularly.

Tanya at self checkout was SO rude I asked her a question and she walked right past me without even looking at me, so I call her again and I let her know that one of the deals were not showing up and i already did all the basic checking of if the deal is online only, if it's expired or if I need target circle (which I had already scanned) and she was very rude about it saying it the deal was possible it would've appeared, so again I show her the deal on my app and then she scans the pet item with the zebra and of course the deal shows up and she says again "well it would've came up"

I like the store, but the drive up service is horrible. These are separate orders. 1) I ordered cherry pie filling with no substitutions because I needed cherry and they gave me apple pie filling and the almond extract bottle was not sealed and was only half full. 2) I got a bag of whole bean coffee that had been opened. 3) A bag of jalapeños that were rotten. 4) I waited 25 minutes for an order, had to get out of my car to track down an employee to get my order. Really upset about the almond extract because I was in the middle of making a dessert for my family on Sunday and my brother-in-law had to go back to the store to get almond extract for me. Why are you putting used food products back on the shelf to sell?

Excellent selection, very easy to order online, delivery of items was quick, and the prices were competitive.

This has to be the worst Target in the entire Metro Phoenix area. I went to pick up a drive-up order tonight. When I got home, I realized that not only did they give me the wrong order, but one of the items in the incorrect order was damaged. I tried calling the store three times to try and see if they still had my order, but no one answered. If you actually want a good experience, go to literally any other Target. I've never had a problem at any other location.

This target is super good in terms of having everything I need. Things are easy to find and the deals are good, especially if you have the app and get the Target Circle offers. My only complaint is that the bathroom is DISGUSTING. Like I’m saying poo EVERYWHERE. The stall walls, the toilet seats, the floor, it’s baaaaad. I know the restroom is accessible to the public, and it definitely should be, but maybe get some cleaning pros to come in regularly throughout the day, and I don’t mean your hourly cashiers, because that is above their pay grade. Everything else about this Target is great, the staff are friendly and helpful, the rest of the store is super clean, the Starbucks is nice, it’s definitely my favorite over the others around town.
