I've tried just about every meal prep option out there and this one takes the cake. every meal is delicious and balanced and will leave you wanting to eat more of their food. left AZ but think about tailored bites often. no good alternatives in NYC sadly

I have used other meal prep services in the past, and I can honestly say that Tailored Bites beats my other experiences far and large. I'll keep my reasoning simple for ya:
1) If you have any dietary restrictions, they are sure to accommodate with plenty of options to keep things fresh.
2) If you are tracking macros, they make it easier than I have ever experienced from any food service establishment.
3)If you are just looking to eat healthy food without sacrificing taste, they definitely have that covered. I tend to order a wide variety because they seem to know how to make comforting dishes that are healthy and taste great.
4)Even if you are like me and need to track sodium content, you can certainly do that easily too.
Rachel is also very responsive, flexible, and always has a great attitude and a pleasant person to talk to. It goes without saying, I highly recommend this service.

I've used Tailored Bites for my weekly meals for several years now. I cannot recommend them enough! Delicious meals, convenient delivery, and great value.

This place gave me the sheer creeps. Everyone is rude and they all do LSD and/or MDMA. The music they blast in that kitchen is all demonic and scary, talking about killing people and stuff in the songs. I felt very uncomfortable around these people, and the one gentleman needed a shower, because his body oder made me nauseous, I had to keep moving away from him. I will never eat anything from this place. I thought it was all getting packaged up and bought to a senior citizens retirement home. The quality is just so weak looking.

I’ve been working with Rachel, the owner for years. She is very knowledgeable! She created a healthy nutrition plan and also super yummy meals to help me stay on track. I just visited her new cafe storefront and the smoothies and grab and go food were DELICIOUS! My 13 year old who can be picky, loved the healthy nutritious smoothie that Rachel whipped up. I had a smoothie and purchased several grab and go meals. The sweet potato brownies and nutrient bomb balls are healthy and so yummy. I highly recommend working with Rachel and her new cafe near 42nd Street snd Cactus!

Rachel makes amazing meals and is always a pleasure to work with! With my boss's crazy and sometimes unpredictable schedule - she is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure she does her best to accommodate us. I have noticed first hand how much nutrition has a positive effect on his life (both as a professional and on a personal level) I don't know what I'd do without Tailored Bites! I only wish they were able to deliver out of state when my boss has to travel. lol! P.S. the protein pancakes are soo good.

My trainer mentioned that he uses Tailored Bites on a regular basis to help with eating quality meals that are portioned correctly. My partner and I decided to try Tailored Bites several months ago and have been consistently getting meals from them each week. This has helped us ensure we are eating healthy lunches while working from home due to COVID. If you are looking for a meal prep service that keeps things interesting, provides exceptional customer service when interacting with them, and provides meals that you can taste the quality of, try tailored bites. The cost is higher than what you would pay if you made the meals yourself, but the small premium is well worth it.

I met with Rachel Masser, RD when I first moved to Phoenix in an attempt to connect with a dietician to whom I could refer patients. As a physician, I was wanting to find someone who would practice evidenced-based nutrition and would not push their eating philosophy on patients (keto vs paleo vs vegan, macros, etc, etc, etc) since we know, different eating plans work best for different people and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Rachel is this person! I can confidently refer patients with history of disordered eating, PCOS, metabolic syndrome, (pre) diabetes, etc and know they will be well-cared for. AND I get great feed back from our mutual patients, most importantly. Also, the prepared food is delicious!

Masterfully beautiful creation of food.PROS -1. Automatically split prices for us. I was so thankful they provided this. We were stressing so much about how we were going to pay. Of course, we could do the Venmo and a PayPal one person option. Instead they provided a receipt with our orders all separated and we were able to use our different payment methods. Love it!2. Customer service was prestige! Such a great environment of people. Always accommodating us. Gave us some discounts on fries ;)3. Perfect for a date or gathering around with friends.4. Food was delicious. They threw their own little spin on burnt sautéed Brussels sprouts. Super amazing

We're fans of the San Marino location but having moved closer to this spot, this is now our go-to place for Chinese food.Sure its a little pricey but I haven't been disappointed in their food - its not greasy, tastes great and always neatly packed when we pick it up to-go.This place gets packed on the weekends and parking is definitely hard to find, especially when we're only trying to run in and pick it up to go.
